Every time we have purchased or contacted Espressotec , their services & products have been world class with superior customer care!
We bought our first automatic coffee machine ( used every day ) with them nearly10 years ago & just yesterday we purchased our 2nd one. The Jura E6 Platinum Superautomatic Espresso Machine! A beauty!
The website is so easy & clear to navigate making our product decision spot on for our requirements.
The whole process took place over the phone whereby Mr S in Sales answering all of my questions superbly & honestly. He really knew his products, as we have always found with Espressotec!
The coffee we purchase on a regular basis is fantastic too! Btw their delivery is ALSO amazing! No fuss & the product arrives swiftly as promised.
