Food was good but service was very slow. Waisted two hours of out Disney trip eating here. Took 45 minutes to get entree (family of four) after placing the our order. Waitress was not in any hurry to bring us anything.
Great spot on the Boardwalk to catch a game and a brew. No nonsense menu and tune to your game of choice. Decked out paraphernalia, the ESPN is a place to visit and a must see!
Delicious restaurant with well-served snacks on the plate, my husband and I shared and were pleased. Loved the service and the atmosphere, we arrived early because I know the place has a long waiting line so that day we shopped and had lunch there. This is no place for children unless it is to watch a game! I recommend.
I was expecting Disney-level customer service and was sorely disappointed.
We had a reservation for 15... 6 adults and 9 kid over 10 yo. The table that the hostess originally tried to sit us at was laughably small so the kids sat there while the hostess pulled some other tables together for the adults.
Our food order took at least 45 mins and our waiter disappeared during this time which meant nobody got drink refills or waters. I would understand if the restaurant was especially busy but it appeared to be a kind of low key Monday night. Our food came out at all different times and two of the kids waited at least 10-15 minutes longer than everyone for their food.
I am not one to complain but I did decide to let a manager know that I was incredibly disappointed with our experience and was even further disappointed when she asked me what I thought she should do about it. As a manager, your job is to know how to handle these situations and what you should do to make it right.
To ice the cake, we waited at least 30 mins for our bill only to find out that for our troubles, we were comped 10 percent .
I expect to Disney establishments to be the pinacle of customer service. I have never had a more disappointing restaurant experience. Embarrassing.
If you are looking for a location for semi-adult fun in Disney, this is a good one. The wings really hit the spot. While the menu lists a solid beer selection, be aware that some of them are literally from a can. Still- with sports, food, and beer, how can you go wrong?
Honestly worst service ever. Long wait. Bad food. Really bad execution and certainly not a Disney worthy experience. Also expensive considering the food quality. Hostess was also rude- basically upset with our group for showing up for our reservation slightly early. Zero stars not good. You re fired.
We always go to the ESPN Club at the Disney Boardwalk when we are in town. The last two times were very disappointing. The food is overpriced and not very good. Sadly, we will not return.

The food tastes good, and portions are okay, but the length of time to get food can be a bit long. I've been there several times over the years, and it's mostly been that way. It's at least convenient if you're staying nearby. The workers are usually pretty nice, but that's generally the case with Disney.

This is a great location along the Disney's boardwalk. Great drink selection and the wings were amazing! The service was quick and friendly with a great selection of football games with various other sports memorabilia everywhere. The food was on point and Debbie did a fantastic job!! Will definitely be back!!

Online menu shows a MUCH cheaper and a very out of date menu. After leaving Hollywood Studios, we looked up this location suite to the prices identified online. Looking directly on their website shows a more up to date menu but still out of date. Please up date the online menu! Food was goodand about the portion size per cost I expect for the location.
Loved the food. The smokehouse burger is amazing. The atmosphere is very similar to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Yeah, you can spend your time in better places than this while at Disney.

Cool sports memorabilia and more TV screens than you can count. Food is good. I'd have given it a higher rating except for the fact that it was too LOUD. You expect it to be loud in a sports bar atmosphere but I thought this was over the top.

Food was bad and the waitress charged our card an extra $18.00 after we tipped, she knew we were from out of town and she added it after we left.
Take your local sports bar and crank it up to 11! Stacked with wall to wall tvs so you don't miss a second of the action, memorabilia everywhere, and chock full of sheer awesomeness!
From the moment we walked in we were greeted like regulars, coming back in to catch another game. In a cool twist, they had a tv production crew broadcasting a trivia game (Sports Center style ) across all TVS and interviewing fans throughout the restaurant.
The service was absolutely great. My glass was never empty, food came out relatively quick, and tasted excellent. It was the by-far perfect place to watch the playoffs! Hats off to you, ESPN Club and Disney, you've once again found a new way to impress!
Terrible experience. Waited over 3 hours for a table that we never got. They called our name once and said we would be seated soon. Then they never came back. We even asked them several times. They kept telling us we were 2nd in line. After our game was over we left and went elsewhere.

Please read updates: Horrible Food and Service! My husband and I frequent ESPN often during the Food and Wine festival. This was our 1st time back this year and the food quality has drastically gone down hill. Food came out before our drinks, obviously food was pre-made, not hot. They have changed the quality of their wings and fries. Now you only get 4 whole wings instead of 5 for $12.50. Absolutely tasteless. Dain was our "coach" and he literally dropped off the food and never returned. Must have been on the losing team! New server gave us our check. Manager never stopped by the table as she walked on by, could have cared less. Definitely not worthy of the Disney name! Time for another management change! If its not broken, don't fix it!

Had lunch here and it s a typical sports bar in Disney Springs. I had the fish tacos and they were just ok. The server and staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of great sports memorabilia around the restaurant to check out.
Best place to watch sports in or around Disney and reasonably priced for being on property, great starter options and excellent av equipment with automatic muting when the primary game goes to commercial.

Surprisingly awesome. We ate he just because it had a short wait time. Ended up coming back several times during our trip. Fun atmosphere and some great food. The Ahi Tuna sandwich was amazing. My mouth waters just thinking about it.
Was also one of the only places we could catch one of the Blackhawks Stanley Cup runs. Was fun to watch the games with other Chicagoans and cheer together- yet be so far from home.
Excellent food and a bajillion TVs to watch if you are with someone boring.

Great place, food is not the best but doesn't really matter to much the ambiance however was great and that makes up for the rest.
If you want to watch sports while at Disney, this is a good spot, but the food and drinks are just average bar grub. We tried to order a bushwhacker and the bartender said he didn't have the ingredients. Service is as good as can be for a place packed to the gills on gamedays. There are plenty of TVs.
Great place to go after a day in the park and you just want to kick back, have some grub while watching the game. Beware, though there might be a little bit of a wait depending on who is playing!
Good bar/restaurant with TV screens everywhere with all sorts of sports on. I even watched a TV while on the toilet. Realy good service if a little pricey but it is in Disney so expected.

This actually use to be a great spot. Great food, watch the game, just wonderful. Now they have changed the food to some snob nosed menu. Sports bars should have sports food. Nothing less, nothing more. Have to go off Disney property now for my sports.
I really liked the grilled chicken sandwich with that beer cheese.
The food was fine. Lots of TVs but they mostly had channels that were not so interesting. It was a bit too cold in there as well.
A nice restaurant down on the Boardwalk. We used to enjoy eating here much more, but the experience has moved in the negative direction lately. Hopefully the place gets back up to where it used to be.
You better really like sports to be wasting a vacation day in front of the big screen. But even if you think a day watching football on vacation is a good idea, you need to also really like waiting in line. You're at Disney, so you should be use to this by now. Just think of ESPN Club like Toy Story Mania and you'll get an idea of the queue time. Actually, even that's not a great comparison, because people on Toy Story can't decide their team is winning and stay on the ride longer. If you really want to go here, and let's face it, it's the best place on property to watch sports, you need to get here hours before the game starts. Or you could drop hundreds of dollars and get the only reservations they take. Oh, and did I mention that they don't have every game, sport, or team on? The people there vote on what to watch. So after waiting for four hours in the rain, you might just be greeted with two more hours of your rivals. If you've been trying to find a way to get a divorce, I highly recommend dragging your wife and kids here!
This is a very loud & lively place, especially on game nights. If that's your thing, this is the place to be. They do have an outside tv up against their building w/some chairs to watch (I don't believe waitresses go out, just is to sit & watch.) Food is your average pub food. I wouldn't drive out of my way to go, but we were staying on the Boardwalk so it was easy.

Happened to score reservations the night of the NFL draft. Fun atmosphere, server was excellent! Food was WONDERFUL!!!!! Everything was all around great, i was pleasantly surprised! Will def go back next time !

Come early on a football Sunday (nfl) and be privy to a really cool interactive fan experience. A must do for any nfl fans staying at the Walt Disney world resort.
I called for a take out order at 8:00 pm. Was informed by the employee that we don t do to-go orders over the phone, they must be placed in person. I said that was not a problem, and asked if I could walk over and make the order in-person. Employee then informed me they were currently too busy and could not make any to-go orders. I am paying premium prices to stay at the Boardwalk Resort and to not be able to place a to-go order due to being too busy is ridiculous.
Made reservations for 7:20pm, it then became 7:45pm, then 7:55pm, then 8:20pm until my brother in law said something so they went back to 7:45pm all of the restaurants idea of jumping us around with time. Here it is 8:12pm & we're still not seated! Horrible customer service thus far, no organization skills & not a good experience at all & we haven't even went in yet! Still standing outside & it's 8:14pm now!!!!! Finally got seated about 8:19pm... the time originally debated for by the restaurant it's self..... Anyways. My 21 month old spilled my husband's beer & I told the waiter who came with the drinks ( not original waitress ) what happened & he brung 2 towels to my husband. He was really nice, but did he really want my husband to clean up the mess? I mean we clean up after ourselves but damn u could've came with a mop or something. Anyways. Not a great experience. By the way kids meals were way to small & lightly portioned. Uuuuuggggghhhhh!!!!!
Worst hamburger I have ever had! It's probably fun to just go have appetizers and drinks for games. But I would not recommend going with a family for dinner. My husband said Subway has a better Philly sandwich then they did.

Enjoyed the environment and the atmosphere but the food was below average. Stick to bar food and drinks for a sporting event. Otherwise I wouldn't go.
Very disappointed. Expecting more I guess. We got seated in an area that was closed. No communication between employees. I just walked away, got myself a margarita and a pizza. Problem solved.
Our server, Cody, was phenominal, however, the hostess was flat out nasty! We had 5 people in our party, asked to be seated at a larger table (4 Top with 5 chairs) and were met with, You can move, but it will be to the same size table. And with that, she was gone. Awesome impresssion. We still had fun but wont be going back.

This is exactly like every other ESPN restaurant - good for watching sports - average food - and typically long waits.
Food was alright, waiters were funny, especially jeff. Sports aren't my thing, but I appreciated the work put into the entertainment.
Gone a little downhill over the years. They ve removed the booths with games consoles for the kids and the arcade with shop has gone. Food menu is a lot smaller than it used to be. Service was excellent, as expected with Disney. Sadly the overall experience is a shadow of it s former self, missing the fun element it used to have.
Best place to watch sports! Many fan bases are represented making it loud and fun! Food is great, staff is greater! Love, love this place! Benn watching sports here for 20 years! Really missing it right now! Hope it s opens soon!!!
