Update 2/2/20 - The company and its product continue to blow me away - especially the customer service model. In less than a week, I'm able to build maps with multiple layers of data. My clients absolutely love it when I go live in meetings presenting the data. If you're a retailer or in retail marketing, this product is a must!

This company and its product quite blew me away! I was able to do the map in the picture in about 10 min. My process started with a chat session and a million questions, followed by a quick tutorial. Liam, the rep I was working with, even jumped on a screen-share call when I got stuck on something. The customer service model is way more than 5-star.

As for the program itself - very easy to use, light years ahead of Caliper (what I currently wrestle with), and it actually has much more functionality and flexibility. So I bought in. And that led to another really nice surprise - they do a generous amount of time with an on-boarding session.
