Extremely Pathetic Management and Unprofessionalism at its peak.
They speak something, act something else. We normally don't make any due, still they call home and start shouting at us if we miss out any payment to any emergency. I can quote
a couple of instances :

1. One of our family members was hospitalized in March (during lockdown period) and we were at the hospital . My dad said that we'll make the payment on the following week as we are stuck in the Hospital on emergency. Still they were extremely atrocious and kept pushing us for due amount with a notion of threat.

2. Election 2020 : We were informed that even on the day of election (Dec 10th), we are supposed to reach at 10 am and make payments. So, my dad went there for making payment and no one was there. He called the administrators and they started shouting saying, "We aren't there as we have to vote". He waited for half an hour, still no one came. We could have given to the neighbors, but there were previous instances of authorities reporting non-payment even after handing over to their neighbours. So we wanted to hand over only to the concerned people. Definitely, there is a limit to patience.
My dad waited for so long and came back home. The very next day, an officer ( a lady) called on my mother's number and started shouting for non-payment. She explained what really happened, but she continued to shout saying it's unacceptable.

Is this how you're treating the customers? People take loan on emergencies. You can't speak like a gangster for your own unprofessional behaviour. If you're not able to manage, better keep some employees who can at least talk decently.
