Small and clean shop. Went a Sunday afternoon and I was the only one in the shop. Due to covid not much designing was happening but you can see that theu try to have plenty merchandise available.

This was such a fun experience to create and customize your very own planner, to be perfect for you and your lifestyle. As a small biz owner with a large clientele it's hard to find a planner that meets all my needs to get my work and personal schedule organized, as well as being visual appealing and representative of who I am. I'm definitely a customer for life!

Beautiful store, so bright and colorful. Had some lovely ladies walk me around the store and talk to me about the customization of their paper planners. And absolute joy.

I am absolutely overjoyed with my life planner! I adore what Erin Condren Design is all about and need organization in my life- this life planner has provided just that! I love how many options there are from the look of the layout, the color of the spiral and personalized cover, and of course the accessories.. do not even get me started! I can't even tell you how many people have seen my life planner and purchased one because they could not wait to create their very own personalized life planner! Truly can not be without it and I am already thinking about what next years will look like ;)!

This company is ridiculous. I placed my order on December 2nd, 2019 and I still have not received anything. I have written them 3 emails on 3 different days and I have yet to receive a response. Like come on, this is basic customer service. How is this taking 16 days to arrive?! This is ridiculous. This is the last time I am ever ordering from this company. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I found this store while searching the website and was very excited to be able to go in and see and feel the planners. I made it a field trip for two Senior High School students and one College graduate. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They greeted us and helped us determine which planner was best for each of us. This store is FABULOUS! We spend quality time discovering New Products, etc...We made our purchases and I truly believe the young generation that I introduced to planners is off to a great start planning their future with Erin Condren Planners. Thank you for having this store in our neighborhood.

I have been wanting a lesson planner for a long time, but didn't want to spend $50+ to buy one. Then I caught a sale and decided to buy one for $30. It seemed intriguing to choose a cover and have my initials on it. Online, the pages looked so beautiful and organized. However, I was so underwhelmed when I finally received it. The cover looks and feels like it was made from a home laminated machine. The pages, on the other hand, are as expected: beautiful, good quality, and organized nicely. The part that I don't like, and maybe it's a personal opinion, is that it's so thick and heavy with a very bulky coil binding. I guess I didn't realize that I wouldn't want/need a full school year calendar (30+ pages). So I tore those pages out to use separately on an as-needed basis. That made it lighter. I do appreciate some of the teacher pages included such as "communication log" and "absentee log" pages. Not sure if I'll spend the money again, sale or not, I will know by the end of the school year.

After having two stern conversations with the company and writing the original review (below), they acquiesced and agreed to provide a return shipping label and to send a replacement planner.

The replacement was received last week and was in fine condition. That's a good thing, but it should not have been so difficult to get done.

Bumped the review from 1 to 3 stars.

Ordered a planner last year, and they misspelled Elementary (Elementay) on the cover. That was very sloppy but not too upsetting, so I didn't try to return it then.

This year, however, they assembled the planner with pages that are upside down and backwards - rendering the planner useless.

Customer service responded to my email instructing me "to ship the box back to our CALIFORNIA location" and providing me with an address in TEXAS to ship it to. Yes, you read that right.

The box and planner weigh about 3 pounds, and shipping is expensive. Though requested -- they have not provided a prepaid return shipping label, so disputing the credit card charge is the only avenue we had left.

Just a shame. Seems like this business might have grown beyond its creator's current capability to manage.

I love coming to EC Southbay. I live 30 minutes away so it is convenient and makes touching and looking at products in person so much better. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to accommodate a special request.

I made two separate orders at the same time, one for a life planner for myself and one for a lesson planner as a gift to be sent straight to the person receiving. I got my life planner pretty quick and was a bit disappointed in the quality. Some tabs were damaged and the paper is not as thick as I expected for the price paid plus the stickers that it came with, don't stick and fall off as I turn the pages. I decided to order some more accessories, hopefully better stickers, so I placed a third order. I received that third order before my second gift order was even sent out. I emailed customer service about this order two times. The first time they promised it would be sent out that following Monday which didn't happen. The second time I was told it had to be re-printed for "some reason" and that it takes "10 business days for an order to be sent out". SO why was I told a solid date then? Their tone was rude and unaccommodating. They didn't even offer a discount or to upgrade the shipping or ANYTHING to make the situation right. To be honest for the price of these products, I expect better quality and customer service. This was my first Erin Condren planner and it will be my last.
