I made two separate orders at the same time, one for a life planner for myself and one for a lesson planner as a gift to be sent straight to the person receiving. I got my life planner pretty quick and was a bit disappointed in the quality. Some tabs were damaged and the paper is not as thick as I expected for the price paid plus the stickers that it came with, don't stick and fall off as I turn the pages. I decided to order some more accessories, hopefully better stickers, so I placed a third order. I received that third order before my second gift order was even sent out. I emailed customer service about this order two times. The first time they promised it would be sent out that following Monday which didn't happen. The second time I was told it had to be re-printed for "some reason" and that it takes "10 business days for an order to be sent out". SO why was I told a solid date then? Their tone was rude and unaccommodating. They didn't even offer a discount or to upgrade the shipping or ANYTHING to make the situation right. To be honest for the price of these products, I expect better quality and customer service. This was my first Erin Condren planner and it will be my last.
