A bit isolated but with amazing setting and views. Cozy and attractive

DO NOT COME HERE!

Do not come here especially in the winter. It was such a disaster. They are completley unprepared to deal with any inclement weather. The driveway is so steep that even the staff cars where getting stuck. They didnt have a plow ready so the snow sat for days and got too heavy for there plow. The internet died and they left stuck in the cabin for 3 days without ever coming to check on us or to offer any assistance. They would not offer a refund because they claimed it was an act of God when what it really was unpreparedness and poor management. The experience was bad enough that Airbnb refunded us around $200 but they could not force Erik's ranch to do the same.

I am from rural vermont and used to snow. I was excited for an adventure. We had a four wheel drive vehicle and I am comfortable driving in bad conditions. The problem was it snowed and they didnt plow for three days and hadn't plowed the driveway before we arrived.

On another note I got engaged while there (she said yes) but they were supposed to deliver chocolates and champagne to the room but could not even handle this correctly.

This place is beautiful but I had such a terrible time between getting trapped for 3 days, them screwing up my engagement and then dealing with their customer service i have to reccomend no one comes to this place.

Awwwweeee silence, privacy, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Just a great place. Garett and Joelle were very accomodating. The ranch is near Mt. Cowen and Yellowstone. With a rental car you can go anywhere and there are tons of places to drive around nearby. If I ever go back to Montana I'm honestly going to try to go here

The most beautiful location. The guest house was amazing. We loved the quiet and brought a kite for the kids which flew great with the winds.

It was so beautiful and peaceful. Tha accommodations were perfect for our family! We even enjoyed the pack rat visits at the pool house. To bad the pool is gone. Thank you

So by luck/freak happenstance I was blessed to find this place called Erik's Ranch. Ad said $70 bucks a night. Yeah right. Nope,it was real and it was the best thing ever to find. This place was amazing. Tucked into the mountains maybe 15 minutes out of Livingston was this adorable, beautiful, peaceful, quite ranch. Deer and elk EVERWHERE!!!! They have these stable rooms for those not wanting to stay at the main lodge. It literally is rooms built in the barn/riding arena. They showed us to our room (super sweet and helpful staff might I add). It was clean and beautiful. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Super quiet, 52 minutes from Yellowstone. Now if you need all the finer things in life like tv and internet the stable rooms aren't for you but it's just what we wanted. The bed was even comfy!!! Best part is that it is a nonprofit organization for autistic people. Most the staff is autistic to my understanding as well which is more amazing. Such a great place. I will definitely be going back ASAP. Best find ever!!!
