Scott helped us buy our Glastron! Amazing used boat at an amazing price. Process was easy and he went above and beyond to show us the features and all the cool on it. Have had the boat many times now and it's awesome! Will be back.

We worked with Cris on the purchase of our new Barletta Tritoon. We had been to several dealers in the area and out of the area, and his knowledge and experience as well as a great attitude helped us to purchase with confidence. He delivered our pontoon when he said and provided us with an excellent orientation so we were comfortable the first time out on our own. Thank you Cris!
Iv'e bought boats from various dealers in the Twin Cities for years. Usually, the customer service level drops down to "nothing" after they get your check. Erickson Marine is quite different. They have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They value you as a customer and take care of you even after the sale. I've had my boat in several times for some hull and lower unit repair. Scott Engen the service manager is phenomenal. He makes sure he takes care of you in a very timely fashion so your boat isn't tied up all summer. All I got was the run around with some of these other boat dealerships....Not with Erickson.
Our boat is an older one, it has spent more time at Erickson than in the water in the last year. First, the water pump failed last June. It took 5 weeks before we had it back. Yes, they replaced the water pump, but did not flush the lines so it had to go back for a $125 flush, luckily the new water pump was not destroyed. Later in the summer, there were problems with the fuel lines. They replaced one and it ran okay the few times we were out in the fall. My husband took it in during the winter to have them change out all the fuel lines and check to see if anything else looked worn. They replaced a few things, and said it was good to go. First time out this spring, it won't stay running. Now it needs a thermostat and Oh, it may need a major gasket and a check to see if there's more damage. So after spending more than $1600 in less than a year, the boat is still not really usable. Plus when my husband went to pick it up, they had broken the prop while it was there, but didn't bother to mention that. Not sure what the problem is, but don't tell someone you can do something if you really can't. Continually taking apart a motor at $125/hour is highway robbery when you could have done all that was asked once and done it right.
Bought a used crownline boat, was told plenty of lies. Boat was in nice condition and showed well . Was Told It Was Just Gone Through,Tuned Up And The Out Drive All Rebuilt With New U Joints, bellows ect all just done and that he water tested the boat. I bought it and the first outing was terrible! Boat started fine but any attempt of throttle the boat bogged and missed.. pulled it out and took it to a boat mechanic friend. Changed the fuel filters, and deturmand the plugs and wires ect were all original. So we changed them all. Cap,wires, plugs, filters, oil change. Took boat out ran perfect, except any attempt to turn the prop free reved. Took prop off and hub was shot!! Another trip to town as ND another $200 for a new prop and hub and it runs out great. ......almost.....yep every thing but the growling gimble bearing. .....so yea what a nightmare! So much for the so called driveline rebuild and so called turn e up. Be warned. ..
I have never had such a fun positive, experience when shopping for a boat. The sales team were above my expectations.I highly recommend Erickson Marine. Fantastic!
Literally stood at the for 15 minutes and never saw a person....... service was absolutely horrible!! Only reason I go there because even though it sucks they are 10x better than the crooks at 61 across the highway....
Excellent selection of boats. In terms of boat dealers, they were top notch. I was looking at the Lunds but they have a seperate warehouse with some really nice crownlines and cabin cruisers. The sales guy was really good to work with also. Real knowledgeable. Clearly a boater himself. If we go the Lund route we'll be buying here.
Just bought our second boat from here. Niecy is amazing and helped us each time with our purchase. But it didn't stop after we bought the boat..any questions I had I knew I could call and count on her even if it was after hours or the weekend. Definitely family like feeling the second you walk in the door. And unlike most sales places this place and everyone here are very honest people!! Niecy knew exactly what I wanted in the second boat and I cant wait until spring to get on the water!! This is our forever boat place..
Absolutely outstanding experience in dealing with Erickson Marine! The entire team has been responsive to our needs. Cris in sales was wonderful to work with throughout the entire buying experience all the way through delivery!!
We had a great experience meeting Cris Grogan at the boat show and him helping us build our new boat, take delivery, and arrange servicing. He is knowledgeable, has great advice, and provides a no-pressure environment. Great product and customer service from the Erickson Marine team!
Showed up for parts and was next in line. Waited ten minutes as they waited on first guy. No one ever even acknowledge me. Another guy came in and woman at desk starts helping him on parts immediately. I've now been waiting 15 minutes and still never was even acknowledged as waiting. Finally left.
Apparently Erickson Marine has a new policy that their service department will no longer service boats older than 1990, even though the boat may have been purchased at Erickson Marine. Therefore, EMs statement that they service what they sell is NOT true!!!
Love the customer service and support at Erickson Marine. The minute you walk thru the door, everyone is so helpful! Having a knowledgable person at the front desk/greeter makes your experience as smooth as possible. So happy to have a local dealer who helps us with our boat.
From the moment we met Niecy at the Boat Show, we knew that we wanted to work with Erickson Marine on our pontoon purchase. She tailor made the entire experience from helping us design the boat, right up to delivering it herself in the spring. Their customer services comes with a warm, friendly personal touch. You feel like family when buying from Erickson Marine.
The older man that helped me was wonderful, he deserves a million stars. The woman behind the counter was crazy, screaming at her employees, getting right into their face. She s psychotic, I ve never seen a employer act that way. She needs to be in a facility.
Don't bother taking your boat to them for repairs. I called first thing in the morning to see if they would be able to work on my boat and they said they could it would be 2 weeks. Then just to drive up there and for their mechanic to turn me away for adjusting a throttle linkage on a mercruiser.
