Iv'e bought boats from various dealers in the Twin Cities for years. Usually, the customer service level drops down to "nothing" after they get your check. Erickson Marine is quite different. They have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They value you as a customer and take care of you even after the sale.
I've had my boat in several times for some hull and lower unit repair. Scott Engen the service manager is phenomenal. He makes sure he takes care of you in a very timely fashion so your boat isn't tied up all summer.
All I got was the run around with some of these other boat dealerships....Not with Erickson.
