I have been a customer of Eric M Bernal & Associates, LLC for a few years now and I must say their services are average. They get the job done, but there is nothing exceptional about their work. The staff is friendly and professional, but I wish they would go the extra mile to provide an outstanding experience.

All those who ensalbate the 5th bully, are friends or family members of EL .. it is a tremendous scammer, the free consultation is given by phone but its fund diske offices, they speak so fast that they do not explain anything they simply require you to deposit $ 2000 in well fargo .. and the 500 in 15 days .. charge just as the coyotes x cross the river.
Save your anger and problems with this legal group. The worst 2K thrown in the trash with them. I hired them to help me in my legal processes, I never had assistance from the same "lawyer", the money was only to have an interview with one and in the end I was represented by another "lawyer" in court.
The lawyer Juan very rude behaved to my questions and after he could not solve my legal case, he asked me more money to continue what I needed.
I did not feel Agusto only with the advice of lawyer Juan because he lost my case and was only completely blaming other factors, instead of accepting that I did not represent as I should because I had never had a previous interview with me, nor had I thought that It was my case. I only arrived at the court and I proceeded, losing the case and as I said, blaming other things, when it really was because I had no idea what my case was about and thus having the loss. But how will a lawyer accept an error? How do you win a lawyer? Are they supposed to be the "experts"?
I do not have to be an expert to have seen that the same judge asked the lawyer if he wanted to take a few minutes to read "well", which contained my case. Since several times I did not know what to answer, or tried to defend myself with things that my case did not contain.
After this circus in court, I had to demand to speak with someone else, until Eric took my call.
I thank God for not having done what lawyer Eric "advised me". And not having given them more money since if I had followed their "legal advices", I do not know where I would be right now. I would have lost so much if I had been an ignorant person, putting myself in their hands.
Thank God, I followed my instinct and decided to seek legal advice elsewhere. My other advisors guided me in another totally different way than what this law firm "advised" me to follow. And it totally gave another result, perfect result.
After a while, I was chatting with more clients of this firm and really heard pure complaints.
I just really appreciate, NOT having followed my immigration process with them because if not I would be in another totally different scenario right now.
I do not put information of my new legal advisers so that it does not seem that it is some type of publicity in favor of the signature.
I only wish that this signature of Eric Bernal, really provide better services because it is too sad to see how there are so many injustices on the part of immigration lawyers. Nobody says anything and of course, the only ones we lose are the migrants who blindly place themselves in the hands of these people. Without really knowing where they are going.

Waited for them outside the office while they took a lunch! Waited for 3+ hours &they never came! Someone else that had an appointment showed up &told me they do that often where they take long lunches or leave without notice ect.. if that's how it is from the beginning I don't want to imagine what comes next!
