Horrible!!!

Horrible!!!

Waited for them outside the office while they took a lunch! Waited for 3+ hours &they never came! Someone else that had an appointment showed up &told me they do that often where they take long lunches or leave without notice ect.. if that's how it is from the beginning I don't want to imagine what comes next!
