Not busy. Mumbling staff. I've had consistently better service at any number of fast food, poverty places to eat. Barely adequate quality of food. I'm amazed they manage to stay in business, much less rate four stars. Best avoided.

They're overstaffed with waiters who do nothing. They won't even bring you your meal, yet they want an 18% tip. So disappointing from pre-CV-19 days service. I won't go back again.

Great fish and chips. We also enjoyed calamari and fish tacos. Great outside sitting. They can also waive off your parking

Right on the pier. Good selection of food. We tried a fish taco, shrimp taco and carnitas burrito. All were delicious with unique flavors.

Fish tacos and $2 tecate.
Not to mention: beautiful Ventura pier and the Pacific.

They had some extremely yummy food. Highly recommend.

Ahi fish tacos are really good! Great view of the Ventura pier as well. Paired the tacos with a very tasty local Ale and sauteed vegetables.

This was definitely a good place to stop for lunch after spending the morning on the beach. It was busy but the line wasn't terribly long and the food came out fast. It was delicious with a large variety of sea food to fill your tacos and burritos. The staff has great suggestions on how each fish should be prepared and which sauce goes the best with it. The price is a little expensive but par for what you expect from beach front cuisine. From the eating area you have a great view of the beach.

We came here with my family from Louisisna. The fish didnot disappoint.

Service was very slow for a not so busy room. Servers walked by us several times without acknowledging us yet took orders from other patrons who came in after us. This was upstairs on "The Deck".

5 dollar clam chowder with bread and real butter on the second floor while you watch the sunset on the deck.

The outdoor location on the pier that you order from the window is the perfect place for a quick, delicious lunch. Inexpensive, great view, and super friendly staff.
The location next door, which is a more upscale menu, used to be my favorite place to eat in Ventura. The last two times I've gone, I've actually left before even eating. The employees at the counter are incredibly rude and not customer focused. Last week, I went there and waited for 5 minutes at the counter without even being greeted by the employee standing in front of me that was staring at the register. Finally, he looked up and said "issues with WiFi" then proceeded to stare back down.
The occasion before that, I ordered calamari tacos and they brought me cauliflower tots. I let them know that was not the right order, and they said "well, that's what we heard you say. Sorry" and walked away. It's too bad, because they have great food and great drinks.

Great resterant fantastic view of the ocean and the waves, as well as a good selection of beers.

Great views and happy hour! The chocolate malts were great as were the fish tacos,fish and chips and clam chowder.were terrific.

Seafood is always fresh and the views are wonderful.

I love eating outside on the pier in great beach weather. The cucumber sunrise was good. The fish and chips were standard. Food comes out a bit slowly in our new system.

Food was very good, just not crazy about the top floor having service with limited menu and bottom floor no service with a variety of choices

Was great. Now can't order tacos without the extra stuff on the plate. Sometimes I just want to eat tacos and maybe some chips.

This place has the best fish tacos I have ever had. And it being located on the Pier allows for great views during your meal.

Poor service. They were not friendly at all. It was my first time going there and had no idea what to do when I asked they didn't seem to care at all. The food was not so great. Had better food from other seafood restaurants. Would not come back again.

It's a decent place. The dishes are nothing to write home about. The view is exceptional however. What is lacking in regular flavored food dishes is made up with the atmosphere. This is a great date night place or meet-up for groups because of the location and views. Lots of traffic especially during sunset hours. I live close by and frequent this place probably only 1 or 2 times a year usually because out of town friends think it's fun to eat on the pier.

Location is amazing! Drinks were GREAT! I recommend anything aquatic to eat. My daughter got the chicken and it was overcooked. But the seafood mac and cheese was amazing! And if you want to sit on the top floor, you have to be seated and not go through the ordering process downstairs. Wish we would have known that up front because we would have eaten up there. Still had access to the pier and ate right by the window.

I always like this place. Always a good people watching site. Tacos with cabbage are great.

Fish tacos are amazing. Delicious. Good size servings. Outdoor dining is clean, comfortable. Relax with a beer and tacos. Leave full, relaxed and plenty satisfied. Parking validation here so don't forget. Walk on the beach, browse and have a great meal with plenty of parking choices.

Some of the best ahi tuna I've ever had. It's a little pricey considering you walk up to the counter, order, and no table service, but the food was amazing. Great view outside too. I really enjoyed it and would go back in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved the food and service, excellent location nearby to my home. The employees are always helpful. Will come back again.
