Always feeling fun watching movies or art performances but there are a lot of mosquitoes outside the building, especially around cafeteria, parking area and musholla. I am happy the fact that they changed their old chairs on the theater.
Erasmus Huis is a great place for a solitude. It provides thousands Dutch books and has a great interior. If you need a quiet place to write or work, this might be the answer. Even though ETC students / employees must be checked closely by security forces.
But so feel safe in the palace.
Sometimes the bags are just on the front desk not worry because of security and CCTV everywhere.
But still stay. Just in case. Wallet with HP always secured. Maybe I was just lucky when I left my belongings (only my cellphone was brought) to the toilet.
Except when in the classroom, leaving the bag feels safer.
But once again stay safe valuables.
Because mevrouw I often appeal too (even though only to the lab doang, to always carry valuables).

This place has a very cozy library. Although most of the books are in Dutch but still this is very good place to stay, read and work. Its opening hour is at 9 am in week day. Be on time because my friend was being kicked out because he arrived 1 minute before the opening hour. Oh, you also can have free wifi here.

The location in HR Rasuna Said, not far from the intersection to the direction of Menteng, after the Swiss embassy, Poland, then the Embassy of the Netherlands (it's a page with Erasmus Huis) at the end of the turn to the left. Parking space is hard! Mending on public vehicles can go down at the Kuningan stop (west / east) or just walk Patra Kuningan.
I often come here if there are cultural events, such as music (artists from the Netherlands) and cinema, especially Europe on Screen. The auditorium has a capacity of 300 people but because of its wide shape so if you can at the edge it will tilt even more.

There are several points for outdoor smoking, eating places, there are also rice stalls on the outer fence (wild buildings).
