I had nothing but an amazing experience with ERA, they were always so helpful from the moment I rented my home to the time we left, they were always so willing to help when there was an issue. I would highly recommend them for your future needs

Bradley Boykin has been a fantastic realtor to work with both buying and selling in the last few years. He makes the process as easy as he possibly can and works hard to make both parties happy in the end.

I am an anesthesiologist moving to Richmond with my wife and we re looking at listings on Zillow since we are not from the area. Zillow connected me to this Scott Ridge guy for a listing I was interested in.

I literally couldn t take more than four minutes talking to him on the phone ... very arrogant, disruptive and rude !! He wouldn t even let me finish my sentence !! It felt like he s going to be the one paying me a commission. I really don t know how these people are in business and feel sorry for anyone involved with them.

I had a terrible experience with an associate from Woody Hogg & Associates. The real estate agent representing the house I purchased had low involvement. He chose to not answer the phone when we tried to contact him and repairs were NOT completed in a timely fashion. He even stated that he put the house I purchased "on the back burner due to other more important matters". Clearly, as a buyer, I was not valued in the slightest. I would like to hope that not every customer is treated this way. Furthermore, he promised compensation because the electricity was turned off and the seller refused to turn it back on, so I had to open my own electric account. Only to never receive any compensation from the realtor. I would like to hope that other sellers/buyers have had better experiences. I would never use Woody Hogg & Associates again.

We lived in a rental property managed by W.H. ERA for 4.5 years never a non-payment. Our property was never taken care of when pipes froze, garage roof leaked, outrageous power bills and electrical issues. As far as contacting our agent, we nearly never got a reply. Then when we moved, they held our deposit after the 45 days of and failed to return phone calls. We had to use our lawyer to get our money back. If your not a home buyer, they can not be bothered.

Just as the review below states, I rented for almost 5 years without a single missed or late payment. I was not given (admittedly I should have insisted upon, lesson learned) a move out walk through. Almost 100 days after I moved out, I finally received my settlement letter in which they kept all of my $1200 deposit. I was charged for overgrowth of the lawn that I had cut just prior to moving out. They let the property sit for 2 and a half months before cutting it again, then charged me for overgrowth! I had the home professionally cleaned when I moved out and they charged me a cleaning fee. In addition, I was charged for normal wear and tear that would come with living in a home for almost 5 years.

FYI- at least 2 of the 5 star reviews here are from their employees one of whom is their "rental specialist". Be careful if you rent from them. I would not recommend renting from them unless you get every minute detail in writing.
