This company has been great to me during and even after my time renting with them. They were always very courteous and professional and very responsive to any maintenance issues I had. They made making rent payments very easy and also provided a window to make payment without being charged a late fee. Communication always seemed to be A1! They even connected me to the right people to inquire about purchasing my first home. I would definitely recommend renting with this company and if you ever think about purchasing a home, Cynthia is definitely the lady you'd want to speak with first. Five stars!!!

The fireplace not working claim it s there for decoration. The shower not working. And the thermostat not working. Been told em bout the thermostat didn t Neva get nobody to come fix it. I feel like they should go down on my rent with everything no working.

My husband and I found a house for rent through them. We were told we had to put an application in and all the documents before we were aloud to view the property, so we did. Less than 24 hrs later it had a rented posted on the listing. They had someone already approved for the property and they dropped off their deposit an hr after we gave them everything and paid the application fee. They are very shady compliant. They refused to refund us our application fee even thought they said they haven t ran our application yet.

Had a showing on wed but they rented it on Saturday before our showing and never called to tell us . We called Tuesday to confirm and told they rented it.

I highly recommend Tri-Sun Real Estate for all your real estate needs. After struggling many years to manage a property I owned and couldn't sell 1100 miles away, I contracted Tri-Sun. They found me a high quality reliable tenant quickly and took care of everything else from there. Communication was amazing. When I was finally in a position to sell, they found me a buyer immediately that met my not so simple needs. They made the selling process completely stress free for me. I can't thank Cynthia and her team enough for the huge amount of stress they have saved me from!

We are, Ohio natives, with that said we decided to invest in our home state. After several months of screening realtors and property management companies, we decided to go with Tri-Sun Real Estate in January 2020. The reason we chose, Tri-Sun, was their ability to purchase, manage and communicate on properties (Responses within 24 hrs!). They even put us in contact with our local area property insurance company. I'm in the construction industry and open communication is important to me. Since then, we have acquired 2 duplexes and 2 single homes that we are totally comfortable with the Tri-Sun team managing. They are a 1 stop shop, so convenient!!! Although, our relationship is rather new. We are looking forward to building a long lasting business relationship with Tri-Sun Real Estate. Applied for a house, and confirmation said I would be contacted in 48 hrs. Never heard anything but sill seen the house available for weeks after applying on merriweather.was very disappointed

Showed us a house in Austintown when housing market crashed. Good price on a home on New Road. Put in a bid fo full asking price and magically, someone put in a bid for $20,000 over the asking price . Would have made a lovely rental for her company. Go figure
