Very long hours, especially for the compensation: It doesn't get better as you progress through the company: senior consultants are also working long and stressful hours and are poorly compensated for the industry.
Attrition is very high. They hire a lot of people every year. 25%-50% of new hires are fired within 3 months, and after 2 years only 1 or 2 remain.

There is no formal HR to handle the recruiting process so expect a chaotic interview from managers that focuses more on your technical abilities than who you actually are
Terrible workplace. People working here, I assume are borderline autistic with little to no social skills. Super high turnover. Not a lot of transferrable skills from the work either. Be careful!
