Does not back their product. Roof installed on house built in 2014 leaked in 2017 and the company refuses to remedy the problem. Do not buy an Equity Home.
Update: After filing a complaint with the State Attorney General Equity did come out and fix issues.
They build their houses as fast as they can, and as cheap as they can. I would not recommend them or anyone associated with them. It's a game of who can supply product and work for as little as possible.
