I bought an HP All in On PC, considering that the Anoia Office Equipment establishment is computer and thinking that if I ever had something they could give me a solution, this one had a screen problem and was already out of warranty for a short time, but it was also decided to carry out its repair, after more than half a year, with errors, excuses of transport, covid and distributors, finally they did not know how to give me a solution, however the issue of the problem is the service given, lack of attention and follow-up of the repair, they have to go behind, lazily they don't call or inform you and if they answer they do it with excuses, lies and the problem was always referred to the dealers repair, maybe other customers will be happy, but my case disappointed with the service, so I put my cross in the establishment Equipos Oficina Anoia, mention that the computer is already repaired in a matter of three weeks in a technical service c of Tarragona.
