Ms Shabana at Equinox was very helpful in scheduling our travel package for the golden triangle (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur) trip and was quite accommodating as we kept changing the travel dates. Shabana of Equino Fun Holidays arranged a very detailed one week custom tour of Rajasthan for myself and my wife. The accommodations were outstanding, The cars were very comfortable and we had very safe drivers. The local guides were very knowledgable and helpful. On a daily basis Shabana contacted us to make sure that our stay and the sight seeing was going on smoothly.

It was one of the best trips that we have taken. They made sure that we see everything that is important during the short time that we had. . We had only 5 nights 6 days to see Rome, Florence and Venice. This is certainly very short time for these cities with history of 1000 s of years. Rome was a bit hectic but they provided everything that we had asked for. We are glad that we chose this Agency to plan our travel.

I have been travelling with Equino from the last 20 years and have covered a great part of the Globe through them.
My first tour was a group tour to Europe and we had the luck of having Riaz with us 24 x 7.
Thereafter our bond with Nasrulla and Bilkish grew and we have travelled many a holiday through them.
Our last trip was a cruise from Venice to Greece and Croatia on Norwegian Star. Everything was meticulously planned and I could call leena anytime with my querries.
Always got an answer with a Yes Sir.
I was slightly worried regarding the timing of our Visas , however here Nasrulla chipped in and sorted all out. Bilkish was always there from the time we planned our tour and with her experienced inputs till we left the shores of Mumbai. Equino is My ONE travel destination.

Very good arrangements made by the Equino team. Had a great time touring Germany. The itinerary was well planned and hotels were also good at all the places.
Worst service. Not Professional. Recently visited to Bali and one of the activity was cancelled. They don't even bother that this will effect or spoil the vacation. I will give zero. Never recommend to anyone.
