I had undertaken a customized holiday to Bhutan in November 2018 and customized holiday to delhi agra and simla in january 2019. The delhi agra simla belt was done by me md my family and by my sister and her family who are based in Australia.

I was very well assisted by Ms. Shabana Mistry who did a wonderful planning for my Bhutan trip.

Ms. Shabana was also very courteous in attending and listening to my queries (also on her off days) and providing solutions.

Specifically i would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to Ms. Shabana when my sister and her family had some initial issues during their Shimla trip. Ms. Shabana went out of her way at even odd hours (9 / 930 pm) and personally involved herself to ensure that these issues were sorted out.

The issues were sorted instantly
