They were once professional but that has deteriorated... I am still waiting for payment of over 3 months and I have not receive any response anymore... please exercise EXTRA, EXTRA, caution if you are contacted by any of their staff be it from Bangkok, Singpore or Vietnam...

The boss is the biggest THIEF. Only time eqho team works together is when giving themselves good reviews. always bad communication and late payments.

They never pay, it is the worst company ever!!! Do not work for them.

We have outstanding payments and already overdue for several months now. If you do not pay it till this year, we will have to pursue legal action against your company.

DO NOT support this UNETHICAL company.
They don't pay or very lately pay their subcontractors (translators, etc.). Making an agreement with no intention to act accordingly.

BEWARE. This company simply does not pay their contractors for their services. They are blacklisted on many contract work sites.

My personal experience: I provided post-editing and translation services for them i January and February 2018. I was not paid within the 60-day timeframe outlined in my contract, and it took bi-weekly reminders for 8 months to get just one of the payments I was owed (the smallest, of course). It has now been over 16 months since I provided my services, and I still have not received anything, despite consistently emailing: they are always looking into it or waiting for an update from the payment department . My advice: do NOT accept work from this company, and, in solidarity with the countless contractors they have swindled, do NOT use their services.

Good place to work as voice over in Thailand. They are always in search for new voices in any language you can speak.

Well, to be honest, they do delay in the payment..But they pay.... I received my payment unexpectedly after 6 months...So Yea, you can go with eqho only if you can wait for months for the payment.

People who gave five stars are the employee at EQHO, I know, because I'm ex-employee. Not only the outsources have not get paid, their current in-house haven't get paid also. The company want to force the employee to resign by themselves because Eqho doesn't want to pay them when it's time to close the company. I will sue them for sure!

Very bad company. The worst company I know.
As there were a lots of bad comments on internet when our first cooperation, i required upfront payment for every single tasks. And they paid every time, then I trusted them even they didn't pay upfront payment after several tasks. And now, they own me $2000, and every time excuse for their delaying. Their upfront payment was just $600. They pay $600, but i provide $2600 value work!!!! How ridiculous!!!
I got below messages for several times when i am asking the status of my payment.
"I sincerely apologize but our finance manager is still out of the office until now and I haven't got a chance to talk to her directly about the release of your payment.
I was hoping tomorrow that she will be back so that the payment can be released.
We apologize again for this delay."

Though EQHO had problems with their payment sometimes, nevertheless you will get paid. You just need to be patience and give them more time.

I have been collaborating with EQHO for some voice-over/translation projects. Great working environment and kind people. Keep it up EQHO!

This agency is a sham. They've been banned from translator websites yet contact translators via email offering jobs and then do not answer when it comes to receiving payment.

Many jobs were delivered and never paid. Despite the company's solvence and two legal notifications, they don't react. It seems to be their normal procedure. I can't understand why someone would work for this company.

Got my money a week late and after sending a few emails..but received full payment..enough time to work on projects and no unnecessary tantrums..just hope they can schedule payments more correctly..

Those who are looking for translation service, do not use this company. They use freelancers to translate your content and they never pay their freelancers.
