EPS has been very responsive with our company. Their techs are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They do all of our access control, fire alarm, and loss prevention systems. Keep up the GREAT work!

Just when you thought customer service was gone fo...

Just when you thought customer service was gone for good...I spoke with Laura, a separate customer service representative, who was courteous and helpful. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she gave me real solutions. Thank you Laura for your assistance and making sure my family and home are secure.

Humble, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtf...

Humble, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, useful, timely- yes I may run out of words in talking about Laura Topp a sales person who works at EPS. She never came across as sales person she seemed to be happy working at my house like her own house. I had so many better quotes on security from other companies she made me believe in EPS and their services. To me she is my EPS. We haven t had our installation and service done yet so can t speak on that. But I can assure if one agent of this company is so professional it s very highly unlikely chance that company will be unprofessional. I want to trust them because of LauraTopp- I highly recommend her.

Cannot wait for our new systems to arrive from a different provider. Had a very poor experience with this group. In process of canceling all our accounts/locations to a different provider. Constant phone calls to upsell or perform unneeded service and telling them no does not stop the calls. On top of that a 3am call to ask if we want service on a low battery (was not critical). Had a unethical experience with a sales rep who had no knowledge what he was talking about trying to make a sale on a device that was not broken..... stay away. Tried to enforce a contract that had no signature on it, demanded a death certificate for my Mothers system to be discontinued.

Btw, Simplesafe has no hassles and couldn t have better customer service.

EPS and staff, specifically Laura Topp (sales) and technicians were amazing! They were helpful, professional, timely, affordable and very kind to work with! I m thankful for my new home security system and the peace of mind that it gives!! Thank you, EPS!

EPS was great from start to finish. The sales cons...

EPS was great from start to finish. The sales consultant worked with me to plan a system that would work in my home. The installation went pretty well and the gentlemen were very personable. I feel very confident in EPS helping to keep my family and home safe.
