Don't ever think about using this company if you need any help. If you are a pro that has everything ready, in the proper format and size, they are probably great. I needed some help with layouts and they are f'in useless. No assistance and the quote I got was "we're don't put logos onto envelopes".....ISN'T THAT YOUR MAIN BUSINESS!???? Waste of time.
I would give this a 5 star rating as this is a Canadian business, with fast, good quality work, and very good prices. I would definitely recommend
Received my product after paying an extra $30.00 for next day delivery.. took a total of 4 business days to actually get to me... oh wait there is more... the cards that game were faded and had a big smear mark all over them. see below photo. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

Upon request, helped with a one-time rush order and were able to turn it around remarkably quickly!
I have used eprintfast several times and have always been very pleased with the quality of the printing and they are very fast at delivering. Today I was beyond impressed with their customer service, too! I misplaced my invoice and submitted a ticket requesting a copy. I was amazed when I received a response back right away and had what I needed in my inbox within half an hour.
I have used ePrintFast for over five years at every company I have worked with and in my own business to great success. This company is the "secret" to looking so professional without the back-breaking printing costs of "other" printers. The quality is exceptional. If there are any mistakes, and there have been on both sides, their customer service team steps up immediately to solve any issues, even reaching out to Fedex on my behalf when they have mislaid a package. They offer a huge range of product lines. In 20 years of creative work, no other printer I have ever has produced such great quality printed materials for such a great cost. They are simply, the best!
Horrible experience. Ordered 4 products. All products had a faded print, one specifically had missing lines. Requested a full reprint. They reprinted ONE product, and reprinted one side upside down. It was printed the proper colour at least, unlike the other 3 products.
After 5 emails back and forth with their customer service (which feels like a 100% automated system) offering a partial discount on a future order, or a partial refund on one of the products i ordered.
None of these options solved my problem. All I wanted was a proper reprint of everything so all the colors matched, like they should.
Will never be using this company again. They are not as good as they used to be.
I have sent work to eprintfast for years, and have always been pleased with the quality and the price... excellent value. Their new website is easy to use and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eprintfast to other people.
