Wonderful place to work and a great community for resident involvement

The chief complaint I hear is that the facility is badly understaffed. People think because it's the East Side it's so perfect and wonderful. I know folks hom live at "Berkshire" in "the ghetto" and the care is much more efficient, consistent & personal. One floor on Wingate currently has 2 CNA's during the night, handling over 15 patients!! ONE of these CNA's plays video games and falls asleep!! That is unethical and probably illegal.

My mom moved into Wingate about six weeks ago. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure my mother s comfort and happiness. Her apartment is light and lovely - the building is kept clean and bright, and there are many activities for her to enjoy!
