Do not give this company your business. Their technicians are underpaid, untrained, lazy, and incompetent. They are never prompt, are rude, and refuse to do work. Even their highest level technicians do not have basic support familiarity, much less experience with Windows Server, G Suite, or any other critical software within your organization.
This company does not fulfill their contract in any way, shape, or form. They quote low, and provide little to no service in return.
This is a dying organization - you will probably never see the same technician twice, as they have an absolutely insane turnover rate as incompetent management continues to kill the company.
Again, I urge you: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They provide an absolute scam of a service.
actually my review was when i was mad about lackluster service to the repair groupe which i have just found out that was not ephiphany management group was not to blame the repair company was i am sorry for they have done nothing wrong so actually they are excellent the company i belive it was trinity? they were to blame and i am sorry for originally giving one stay
