Excellent care from check in to discharge. The most friendly and caring health care staff I've ever seen. They take their time and explain each step of your concerns. They make you feel like family.

Had outpatient surgery. I ask you, how many hospitals would have this personal touch? I cannot give high enough praise to the staff of the OR, of Pre and Post op, and Dr. Fodor and associates.
The staff was amazing during my stay after my surgery. It was my first time staying in a hospital so I was a little anxious, they made sure I was well taken care of. Dr. Marone and his team made sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. Everyone was so friendly and I m thankful for that.
A pretty decent hospital when you compare it to the crowds you come across at Lancaster General. This is another hospital that serves Lancaster County. The hospital is clean, proficient, the staff is friendly, and the wait isn't typically long. Highly recommended!
I love this hospital I had to come here to get surgery done. I was super scared and nervous when I say they made me take all them fears and throw it away and smile, even that s an understatement. They were amazing the nurses and doctors and anesthesiologist that took care of me was on point from start to finish they was very caring and made sure I had everything I needed and I was comfortable. Hands down the best experience and I was scared at first about the outcome and all. Just an amazing group of people thanks to the staff, and thanks to dr funk for handing my procedure love it. Thank you staff ya the best.
On July 22nd I want to urgent care because my throat was very swollen. Because urgent Care did not have a CAT scan they had me go to the ER to get my further testing done and it turns out that I have a goiter. A week later I made a doctor's appointment and he asked me how my medication was going. I told him I'm not on any. He informed me that the ER gave me some in order to get by until I saw a doctor. Ok, so fast forward until 8/9/2021 I was at work when all of the sudden I had trouble breathing and started shaking ( tremor like/seizures) the one lady with bleached hair and short would yell at me stop it when they would start again. Basically she acted like I was taking it. Even heard her tell a nurse that. All of this information should be in there computer system since all of this just happened. After being released they put down reason for visit is hyperventilating and chills. I know my own body when there is something a worse than that. I looked up the side effects of my medication and it say causes tremors and seizures. This is a horrible Er and I don't want to deal with them in the future
Every encounter I have @ Wellspan Ephrata has/is pleasant and cordial. From the greeting @ the entrance to the staff in each Department. Very friendly & efficient.
Family member was quickly seen in the ER and treated in a timely manner. Staff were courteous and respectful. As a nurse, I'm usually on the others end of things. I was impressed.
Went there to have a procedure done. The doctor was running a little late because of the one before mine. But my whole experience that day wass wonderful the nurses and everyone that took care of me was so caring. Couldn't ask for better people they are the greatest.
Absolutely care quality care. They saved my life here. I will forever be grateful to the Heart Team. Soon as you walk in the doors of this hospital you feel the care and concern. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .
