Envy Restoration & Construction Reviews

To say we are grateful, completely satisfied, and impressed really do not do justice to how happy we are with the service Envy provided. We had Water damage in our house after a monsoon on July 9 and our insurance recommended us their best option. After a terrible experience with bad customer service, wrongful procedures regarding the handling of Asbestos, (where they did not even put the warning signs in the house) among other issues we decided to do some research on our own and came across with Envy. We called the office and explained the situation and details of the previous company, they immediately offered to review the case for free and without any commitment. We sent our information by email the same afternoon and we were contacted directly by Kevin the next day (one of the senior managers of Envy). He explained the correct procedures and laws about the handling of Asbestos as well as answered all of our questions and clarify many concerns, always with a great tone of voice. He also offered to give us a free estimate without the commitment to finish the rest of asbestos abatement in the house which was to remove the ceramic floor and the black mastic that contains asbestos and also drywall. Envy provided an estimate in less than 48 hours. Our insurance asked to have a meeting at home with Kevin, to which he accepted without any problem. I want to thank Kevin for his professionalism and his help in the meeting with the Adjuster, not only did he help with getting the estimate approved, but he also helped me to rectify measures that were incorrect in the insurance estimate. After the adjuster approved the estimate, Kevin sent his team and I have to say they are extremely professionals, polite, and hard working not only in their work but in the respectful way in which they treated our belongings and in the way they addressed us. The work was completed in 3 days and we are ready to rebuild the house thanks to them. After the demolition, Kevin has contacted us to find out if we need help with some other projects. We are happy with their professionalism and do not hesitate to recommend Envy, Kevin and their entire Team. Having water damage in your house is never a fun thing to go through. My insurance company recommended Envy to do the repairs and the mitigation, so I looked them up to see the reviews about them. They were all pretty much five star reviews. I thought I would give them a try. After the work has all been done and finished I understand why all the other people had given them a five star review, because they re exceptional at what they do. Everybody is friendly, smiling, patient, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect. I d like to mention Tate Petersen which was the person that did the repairs. Don t get fooled by his young age, Because he delivers more than anybody twice his age would. He was very knowledgeable, professional, quiet, clean after the work was done, and even came back to make sure everything was just perfect. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I just had Envy out at my home this week. I can't even begin to describe how impressed I am with the job they did. My home was severely damaged on July 9 due to the monsoon. My insurance company sent over their "preferred vendor." It has been nothing short of a nightmare. I finally had enough and started looking around and found Envy was close to my home. I called them and Dean came out. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only did he listen to everything I had to say, he was kind and extremely helpful with getting things done. I had the estimate in TWO days and it's taken the insurance company's "preferred vendor" FOUR months and I still don't have the number. Dean had his crew out on Monday and the job was completed yesterday. I went to take a look at the property today and I couldn't believe it! They went above and beyond what I expected. Hands down one of the most honest, helpful and absolutely professional companies I have ever encountered. THANK YOU ENVY!

Work started in may of 2020 still not complete as of Christmas. Though given detail of appliances cabinets not ordered or modified to suit appliances appropriately. Jobs and bad repairs to cabinets and appliance amounts. Stove top Hood installed too low to make stove top fully functional. Patched cracks in cabinetsat time of installation have already split. So how they got cabinet stain on my car. They removed my under cabinet lighting and haven't replied it. Was forced to use them by insurances Liberty Mutual's low pay out and the company they recommend were the only ones willing to do the work for less then twice the the insurance is will to pay.

Very fast and efficient. All of there contractor's are amazing!

I had a great experience with Juan and his team! They restored by bathroom and replaced the carpet in my master bedroom. They were quick and very professional! I highly recommend Envy Restoration and Construction!

I just wanted to thank Envy Restoration for being so extremely helpful to my family. My young son accidentally broke our front window facing the street right around the time it was getting dark. Although we live in a nice neighborhood, we were uncomfortable sleeping with the whole window exposed and open. I called at least 5 companies who turned us down before finally finding Envy.

I spoke with a man named Landon who not only made time to come out in the middle of the night to help us, but walked me through how the entire insurance claim process would work. Shortly after, he came and boarded up the window for us. He worked quickly and the quality was well done. He went above and beyond to help our family and make us feel safe.

This was about a month ago and while we ve been waiting on our insurance company to get us the new window, the board has held up and he has called us twice to check in and make sure we re holding up well.

In short, this company is extremely honest and does quality work. I couldn t believe how fast they responded and finished. I feel like that s hard to find these days. We will definitely be coming back should we ever need them and will tell any friends to use them as well. Thank you guys again for all you did!!

For our home remodeling, the two most important criteria were quality and cost. Envy Restoration was excellent on both counts!
We first used Envy on a prior home when there was some water damage. Our insurance company recommended Envy, and their quality of work was very impressive.
When we bought a home that needed a lot of renovation, Envy was one of 3 companies we selected to get bids. We are so happy we chose Envy. They provided suggestions for our kitchen and master bathroom designs that made both those areas much better than the designs we initially developed ourselves.
There was a problem with the home that required some significant extra work to problem solve and fix. Envy was able to bring in their staff of experts, and diagnose and solve the problem. Since they handle both residential homes and commercial properties, they have a breadth of experience that few others can match. We are very grateful we didn t go with a contractor who would lack the expertise that was needed for an unforeseen problem.
