The environment is non co-operative,non friendly and very dominative. Basically they told us that training will be given for three months and then they will hire according to our performance and collected 15000/- as training fees. The training is also not that good they treat people very badly. After three months they don't hire anyone and try to prove that the person is inefficient by creating stressful environment,treating badly and overloading with excessive work. Overall the experience is very bad and I ended up wasting 6 months of time without earning a single rupee.

We may called this one coaching class rather than IT Company. These people main process is - select around 15-20 candidates for job purposes(offer around 20k/pm) but give some 2-3 months class(with fees) then reject(80-90% candidates)with some non sense reasons, who got select to Job offer them 5-7k/pm.. that s it..

An unique approach of teaching and learning..A very good, friendly environment to work as well as to learn.
