Envy Nightlife at Route 66 Resort and Casino Review

I enjoyed the machines and bingo. About 3 weeks ago. But now I am not allowed to be in the Casino because a new health order in New Mexico. Is what I was told. I live in Window Rock, Az. So you have to have a New Mexico State ID in order to enter the casino now. Regardless of all the precaution someone is gonna get COVID-19 in that casino. Then it will have to close until further notice. At least they can't say it was someone from another State that brought the COVID-19 into their Casino.

Its a casino, what more can you say. Lots of machines and lots of parking. About 20 minutes west of Albuquerque.

If you feel like wasting your time and money here don't santa Ana casino better

My wife and I went here for Valentine's Day weekend and had an incredible time! The food was amazing and the service spectacular! We will definitely be back!

Wouldn't let us in because we did not have a New Mexico I d.however we had California ID and we been here over a month .we even have a players card. How Dum is that

never stop there. youll never win anything, the people there are rude... food are over cooked...

Visited friends staying at the RV Park here. Loved it! Beautiful pool. We will be back with out RV!

Great buffet with all you can eat prime rib. Discount coupon from RV park made it wonderful. RV park is very nice too.

The floor, cage, front desk and player's club staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The security staff will gladly help resolve any issues that you may need their assistance for.

Buffet is well worth the price! I have never won anything and feel cheating going on in the poker room.

Casino is one of the best I've been too, including Vegas. Difficult to get a room when traveling. Machines seem to be a little tight for me... But that could just be an off day.

Only reason 4 stars is that we stopped here due to a storm and only place we could find. Thankful we found a place. So we just needed a place to stay pricey for that but again thankful. Front desk staff not too friendly but did their job. Beds are wonderful and lots of pillows. Room was clean and nice. Handle on shower was kind of broken but we got it to work. Would stay again if actually planning a trip here. Didn't visit the casino. No free breakfast but did get a coupon for 5.99 breakfast. Didn't use that either. They do offer a military discount.

I like to eat here at the Cowboy Buffet.. I luv there BBQ Ribs..mmmmm

Stayed once and never again. Dirty. The rooms are small and dated. Looks like a visit to 1975. The staff are rude. They offer no room service of any kind. Hotel restaurant was gross. The front desk staff was horrible. I'll never stay again!!!!

We enrolled in the Player's Club, got Free Play & had a Delicious Seafood Dinner at the Buffet for Super Cheap. Great Atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I don't have much to say, im not quite old enough to gamble, my grandad seems to like it. the buffet is pretty good,the diner is pretty good too, i remember the kids place being pretty cool, hotel is nice. I don't know the whole place is pretty ok, i have no problems. Maybe my opinion will change as i get older

Old...smell of stale cigarettes punches you in the face..the slots are super tight..staff is friendly thats the only reason i give it 1 star

Got there 10:30ish. There was a long line waited 30 minutes. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD MASK (the n45 the ones doctor use) they will provide one if you don't. YOUR VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AND PLAYERS CLUB CARD. THEY STILL CLOSED AT 2 AM. Inside was a little bit crowded at certain games, and tables weren't open. I still had Fun!!! Dress warm!

Nice themed casino, but slot machines are ridiculously tight. I ve visited this location several times over the past 2 years and have never won anything. The most I ever saw on a single spin was $12. It s just not worth the drive. Don t throw your money away.

Best buffet in town everything is kept up with and the food is better quality than other buffets, the seafood at least. The only thing I think is an issue is the wait time but its not the buffets fault for that, it is the people loitering.

I rarely go to a casino. This particular casino offers grrat food with choices. Different games to choose from & the interior is rather nice.
Its on the outskerts of the city but that's always been om with me because the rooms are clean & if you are a member with the casino you get a great deal on a room.

Rooms were ok, casino was very small. We planned on staying much longer but were disappointment with options and amenities. Also had some strange rules such as no alcohol of any kind in the hotel rooms.

So booked a room got upgraded to a deluxe king room due to the regular king being sold out...charged the same price which is nice..arrived around 830 not knowing the buffet closed at 900. The line was rediculous. Chose the steak house instead.
70 dollars for 2 people. Food was excellent.
Around 130am wanted green chile cheese fries from snack shop. Was told fries and onion rings were not available due to bug bombing??? Was helped by Tracy told her we needed to think about what we wanted..went back up to the register and was ignored for a few minutes till I said something..was met with nothing but a bad attitude. Sorry Tracy but if you dont like your job quit...please...I spent close to 400 tonite..considering not coming back because of your bad attitude and lack of customer service skills. Am going to file a formal complaint in the morning.

We stopped in on a whim and dropped a few coins in the machines. The employees were very kind and helpful. The place was extremely clean and very up to date. We were happy we stopped and we'd stop again.

The 2 star rating is basically because of my experience at the restaurant inside called stadium 66. It's a sports bar, and fairly new so we were excited to go. First of all if you have T mobile you won't get service and they don't have a guest WiFi to use. It took 20 min for us to receive our Drinks. We ordered pizza and wings which came out fairly quickly but the wings were cold. Otherwise it was just average bar food. We asked if they could change a TV to a particular football game and they told us "no they don't do that here". We were at a weird angle and couldn't really see our game. The kicker was when it came time for the bill. We asked if we could split the check using 2 cards. The waitress came back with all these receipts mixed up, tried to explain which ones to sign.... it shouldn't be this hard.... turns out they don't know how to simply split a check in half charged me 3 times (for all different charges) and proceeded to blame their "system". I had a long argument with the manager Chantelle, she said they would refund me for all of it. 2 days went by and I had a posted charge from them. Not only did they ruin our Sunday but lied about giving my money back. Your better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings... and that's saying a lot. The rest of the hotel is average. Nothing to plan a trip for. Buffalo thunder beats everything about this casino.

We loved this place the Kids Quest was Amazing. Johnny Rockets was great!! Everyone was nice and helpful!! We will stay here every time.

Love Love this place! Go straight for the PIGGY progressive as it hits! I won $1700 on Pirate Ship! EDIT: 2019 and I still game here often, the piggy progressive is now gone.. :(

Only NM residents allowed. All you have to do is tell them you are a resident or have not traveled out of state in two weeks and they let you in , even with out of state license. BUT YOU ARE BETTER OFF STAYING AWAY!!! Machines are tight as heck. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

They are only accepting New Mexico residents .. they should indicate that IN LARGE TXT on the fist page of the website ..becaUse I drive five hour s from Texas and I was not let in .. PUT IT ON THE front of your website!!!

The casino dealers cheat. If you gamble there count the pay outs by the dealers. They are trained to short you.

Office forwarded an package to me, overnight. Took a lot of people to figure out where it was, not saying their clue less, just didn't have a clue where an over night package would be, in a hotel/casino with a mail room!

Not a bad place won $50 before I went to bed $100 a night

We must have come on shrimp day, because there were lots of shrimp dishes. My wife found one of the servers to be rude, but our server kept our table cleared and glasses full.

Great dealers. If you go in the day the craps dealers show you how to play the game.

Buffet is really good. Not bad if you have a two for one coupon on Mondays and Tuesdays. Like 12.95 for 2. Dessert table has a lot to offer, and a variety of ice cream! Whaaa?!!! Yea!

The air conditioner/heater unit was do noisy, I slept with the pillow over my head. We had to stay in a smoking room because that was all that was available. The smoke was barely. detectable.
