Envita misdiagnosed me with lyme disease and charged me $30,000 for treatment. Treatment made me worse. While in the beginning they promised I would be cured after spending the $30,000, I was worse than when I started.
I wasted $35k on lyme disease treatment here. After it did nothing and I saw it do nothing for all the other patients here I left.
A local doctor I saw in Scottsdale for lyme disease gave me the correct diagnosis and told me what Envita did could of killed me and he knew of another patient they killed.
Good thing I left when I did. I can’t believe how they mistreat people here.

A previous doctor here was addicted to fentanyl and still worked at Envita. Everyone, even the patients knew about it. This place is so sickening what they do to people. I used to work with the owner before he lost his license to practice medicine and he was an evil guy. I quit working for him because I knew it would happen. Then he lost his license and started a new scam called Envita. I feel bad for all the people he scams. I'm surprised the government hasn't shut this scam down yet.
