A previous doctor here was addicted to fentanyl and still worked at Envita. Everyone, even the patients knew about it. This place is so sickening what they do to people. Don't make the mistake of going here like I did. They misdiagnosed me, charged me $30,000 and then blamed me for the treatment not working.
