I have got a offer in this company but it's 24*7 working hours and payed only normal salary .

Salary also pay after 6 months

I'm working as a business analyst in envision enterprise solutions, very very friendly environment and also management and managers encourages alot, CEO of this company down to the earth person. Its pleasure to work here and get lot of exposure...

I applied online. I interviewed at Envision Enterprise Solutions (Hyderabad) in January 2021.

i have a two technical rounds and one hr round.they said one tehnical round would be telephone and other one would be skype but both technical rounds are conducted in
telephone .i got selected in interview but declined the offer because of the salary issues i found and that too they are asking bond of 39months which is extensible to 6months and notice period is 3 months(39+6+3=48months) which means they going to keep you in the company atleast for 4 years.i find that would be difficult for me without getting the salary on time i cant work for 4 years.so i declined the offer.i would accepted the offer if it was 1 year bond.

Good company to learn and grow. especially the organization culture is very good. easy to access anyone and express our thoughts.

Mr.RAM so called CEO is a good human being with down to earth attitude.

Not recommend this company because
Salary issue and playing office politics
And in case you are joining this company you have ready to work more than 15 hr's

A very good CMMI Level 3 company. They are working on innovative supply chain solutions and industrial IoT.

Interview process is very slow.I have attended the interview in this company but I could not get the result I called you people about the result they are saying something or the other.

Extremely disappointed,went for the interview but they will not again schedule next interview,no professional etchics,please don't waste time guys for attending interview here

It's a great CMMI LEVEL 3 company even for freshers also they I'll provide client interaction which help us to improve our skills to lead a project ,The management is very good .

Just be positive and aks them where you need to improve towards skills or technology i believe defentily they I'll help u.

Envision is one such company that you need to work for at least once in your life time. Extremely positive environment. People here are very cool, supportive and always motivate you to learn and grow professionally and personally. Surprisingly, the liberty that you get here makes you a self disciplined, career oriented and perfectionist.

Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team.

Don't waste your time because

Great place with good learning methods and helps in improving my carrier. A fresher will have a good exposure.

Working here is really awesome,
also the work culture of Envision is so fab that you are boss of your own work, gives opportunity, gives vision, gives decisive power, adds massive skills. Lucky! All I can say.

Very Supportive and good company. Right from on boarding till the day I got relieved, was well taken care by Envision . Work process was excellent. Supports and encourage woman employee to reach their goal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with them.

It is nice company working on spring and hibernate.but they are asking for 3 year bond with certificate.plus interview process is so slow.if any person is going that area.it is not easily find that company..
