My favorite GYM !! I miss it !! I love this GYM !! Strange how much I go. In this GYM you can find like 6 deadlift zones. There is a lot of space. To my mind, not many people go. And what I like the most is that military wives can go to do exercises with their babies. They have to take them by car or stroller. Ayyy I do not love

Crossfit style gym, great for Olympic and powerlifting as well. Lots of squats racks (8?). All the barbells and weights you can stand, plenty of space to work, adequate adjunct equipment as well (sleds, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, cardio machines)

I love this gym. It's the only gym on base that will let tou bring your child (babies, toddlers, etc). They have everything you need to get a great workout. If you like taking classes, there is a machine called WellBeats that displays any kind of class you choose on the wall. It offers zumba, kickboxing, yoga, kettlebell workout, etc. Awesome gym!

This gym is so amazing. It's got alot of different things, like warrior tower, climbing wall, etc. Amazing gym, definitely would go there every day. If you make the warrior tower, you can win the warrior T-shirt. Worth trying. See if you can do it.

Excellent equipment, excellent staff, no child care, but I've seen parents bring they're babies and toddlers ; they kinda just hung out playing on tablets etc. Great for Weightlifting(C&J, Snatch; via a few 28mm bars with end kneeling) and good for crossfitters.

Great for total body and cross fit workouts. This is the gym to be at if you are a mom with a stroller. However, I fear it is only a matter of time before someone is irresponsible and/or slips up and ruins a good thing going. Get your sweat on but keep your baby first on your mind, please.

My favorite gym on post. It is mainly CrossFit, but has recently gotten a lot of new equipment. There are tons of options for your workout and they have a room in back you can reserve for PT that is awesome. But be sure to disinfect your equipment prior to use and bring your own bands.

Best gym on post! The new era of ACFT is upon us and this gym is postured perfectly to assist our Soldiers. Several brand new squat racks, Olympic plates, and rigs. The gym also offers a full time staff from 3 core who offer classes each month. The wellness center is also right across the parking lot.

Quiet gym, even during lunch. Not a ton of equipment, but it's rarely packed. It's sorta geared towards being a crossfit box compared to other gyms on post, but lacks pull up bars, and only one set of rings. The pull up bars are also positioned awkwardly. Has a rock wall, and some cool hand strength obstacle thing. Tires and more pull up bars are outside. My biggest gripe is that chalk is not allowed. Why does it have a rock wall, hand strength obstacle, and deadlift platforms if you can't use chalk. Edit: been taking chalk with me, so far I haven't seen the "no chalk" sign again since a while ago.

Great gym with a good variation of calesthenic geared equipment. Great place to workout with the family. The only gym that allows you to bring your entire family on Fort Hood. There is no daycare so you are responsible for the safety and welfare of those that you sign in.
