Really Great Company! Great service and great products!

Great company: quality products and great customer service! Enviromedica is also an American manufacturer that provides U.S. jobs. I have seen their facilities, which are very clean and they have a very knowledgable research staff as well. My favorite product of theirs is their Ancient Minerals Magnesium Spray, I use it every day!

Enviromedica has got great customer service. My problem was resolved instantly. I can't recommend them more.

I have been using Enviromedica (formerly Ancient Minerals) since 2010. Their products are of the highest quality and I dearly appreciate the personalized service I have always received. Jared, Ashley and the entire Enviromedica crew have earned my highest esteem. Customer care is of utmost importance in this wonderful business. I highly recommend Enviromedica for all of your magnesium, probiotic and clay soaks!!!

I had posted earlier a bad experience w/my quoted delivery time and wanted to post that Enviromedica went above and beyond to correct the issue on their end. I am the kind of person that if I have a complaint, I tend to announce it but I also think it is very important to announce when a company is very good after the bad experience and goes all out to make the customer happy. Enviromedica went all out for my situation. I did not expect the great customer service that they provided to make the issue a more positive experience but they very truly cared. I wanted to post now that these people are very honest and listen to their customers and want to make it right and a great experience, they did just that. I do indeed love their products and I want to make right my customer experience now, they really worked hard to make sure I was happy. Thank you Enviromedica for how you handled the situation. Hands down, you handled it like a pro!

Really poor clientele service by Judy Phillip supposedly one of the owner. Answered rudely, does'nt care, so complicated to only have samples. It is normal to try it before ordering the minimum of 250$. As i request sample she told me that she did not understood why I did not ordered since I open an account in January. I explain to her that I have been sick and did not ordered until august. She told me that if i was not ordering in 60 day my account will be closed. I reply, why so in a hurry to close my account and she answered rudely that 9-10 month was not in a hurry and that I feel free to order another brand if I wish. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she said it was not necessary since she was one of the owner. Maybe a good product but horrible clientele service and I dont understand why they can afford to have a professional clientele service person if she stay at this job and threat people like this they might not keep their client a long time.
