If I could change supplier I would we are locked in because we are renting off Nottingham City Homes this heating is the worst heating you can possibly have we've been trying to top up a card for the whole week to get some heating a hot water the local sharps none not working when I do drive out to different shops there is a closed or too busy I work for a living I can't go messing around driving hours trying to get heating the local two shops are open late night so even if I'm working I can top up my card they're not working I've rang up the company and ask them what what if I was disabled and I can only get to local shops this is all it's got nothing to do with us so my neighbours who are disabled how am I supposed to get them heating if I can't find a shop which is suitable and have the machine working
I have safety check due on Wednesday and they can't check it because I can't get any credit so I can't get it working for them to see if it is safe or not I don't see what the issue is with sending an engineer down to the local shops to fix the machines

We are people we need your company to See us as people the hot weather we've had for 3 days has gone temperature has dropped now can you fix your machines so we can stay warm please

There needs to be an independent body to monitor what is happening within this company with a proper complaints procedure for customers.

Absolutely awful. Always incompetent. Just been sent a bill with post mark on envelope of 27/02. Bill dated 31/01 asking for payment by 27/02. Impossible to pay given fact letter appears to be posted on date they expect payment in full. One example of many awful encounters.

I have been with Enviroenergy now for 2 years. I've had to call them 3 times during this time. Each time I've had nothing but great service. The website is also very informative. Keep up the good work!

Maybe you should have read the deeds to your property properly or at least ask your solicitor to make you aware of the caveats within your deeds.

So is a lousy noise coming from the heating cupboard, so loud that we have to turning the heating off.
The available no for Enviroenergy Ltd give you one choice if you have no heating or hot water otherwise wait until Monday. Take the money offer poor service

Been with this energy service for 32 years and have never had a problem. Most of the the time the customer service team sort it out for me straight away, who are always polite and knowledgeable. And if I need an engineer to come out I haven't had to wait to long for them to fix the problem. Which they have always managed to do. Great service
