Ordered some tote bags for my company. The back and forth with the designer was a bit of a slower process than expected but it's great that they make sure we're happy before printing. Happy with what arrived-- similar to what I envisioned. Overall, would order again. Good value.

Sadly I cannot write all the details of my review as it exceed the word limit. I placed an order on May 20th with a "Hot Rush". Expected to receive my proofs on Tuesday after the long weekend by 12:30 at the latest as they indicate 3-4 hours. I did not receive them until 3:40PM (after the production cut off). I was given a cut off extension until 5PM, I contacted by e-mail and phone with my changes. I did not receive he changes until 11:16 the NEXY DAY!!
I contacted multiple times and was assured the front logo WOULD NOT LAND ON THE BOOB. I was assured their standard print area for left chest was 5 inches from the shoulder seam for women. Their website also has a list that states the same.
I was ASSURED my order would be completed and shipped on time for my event on the 26th. E-mail quote: "We will not make you drive 5 hours to pick up your order. Rather, we will complete your order by end of day tomorrow, and have it shipped to your listed address via UPS Express Saver. UPS indicates it will arrive at your address by Friday. This will save you a trip down to the GTA, and will ensure you have your order in your hands before your event."
That did not happen!! I HAD TO DRIVE 5 HOURS TO PICK MY ORDER TO GET IT ON TIME! Upon my arrival, the shirts were still not ready and were in packing. I opened the box to look at them before leaving to find the front logo positioned RIGHT ON THE BOOB!! I measured and rather than the promised 5 inch from shoulder seam placement it was sitting at 8 inches! Upon further inspection OVER half the order men's and women's had ink stains, smears and damaged/snagged material.
Initially they took immediate action to remedy the situation. They said they would not charge for the order AND reprint everything all at no charge! I was assured this twice by Sally te Kamp and Alva Troubetzkoi. I was also PROMISED that since there were no longer all the sizes available that I needed, they would print and send those sizes at a later date.
They put me in a hotel and advised my new order would be ready in a few hours, this was 3:30 and I still have a 5 hour drive home. My order was not ready until 9:10 PM. Upon my arrival for pick up I could tell right away the front logo was still not at 5 inches this time it was too high, but had no more energy left so took as it. Upon further inspection later I realized even on the new order MULTIPLE pieces were damaged.. ink stains/smears and damaged material. I slept a few hours and drove home at 4am the day of my event. This was an event in memory of 2 family members who have lost their lives to suicide so this meant a lot to us.
I sent Alva and Sally a list of all the damaged shirts in the new order, as well advised that 1 shirt was missing entirely a 3XL. I also included the shirts I was promised would be reprinted at a later date due to stock unavailability. I also sent pictures of the damage and notified that that I was not requested reprint of all new shirts but wanted to point out that the front logo position was still not correct at 5 inches is was now only at 3 inches. First 8, now 3, but their standard states 5. I even marked on a shirt the start and stop dots. Starting at 5 inches from the shoulder seam, and the logo was 3 inches in length, so finishing at 8 inches. NOT STARTING AT 8 AS WAS ON THE ORIGINAL, OR STARTING AT 3 AS WAS ON THE NEWLY PRINTED SHIRTS.
I received a very disappointing e-mail from Alva today advising that they are refusing to print and replace the damaged pieces as well as the ones missing from stock unavailability. They are frustrated and retracting on their commitment because my expectation is to receive the shirts in the proper sizes I needed without damage to them. It is not my fault or error that even their second round of printing my shirts included ink stains and damage. So their commitment to customer service ended in a big FU.

I am trying to add more photos of damage ink stains in particular but for some reason only this one image will load.

Definitely a great product overall - however the screening cracked pretty overtly after 1 wash. Maybe we just got a "less-than-superb" batch. The custom artworks turned out great though. Will definitely order again and will continue to recommend Entripy.

Had a terrible experience with Entripy when I wanted shirts printed. The first run of shirts had holes and was not screened on, so all the colors were faded and incorrect. I reached out to customer service, who offered another print room, which had incorrect colors and everything was extremely blotchy. I didn't even ask for a refund afterwards. I got stuck with 2 boxes of unusable product. I definitely would not recommend.

To put things simply, terrible quality control. I ordered a bunch of shirts and hats from them and when I opened the box I was impressed. But then a few days later I started to notice problems. The embroidery had loose spots on every single hat and I had to send them back to get fixed, and the screen printing on the shirts was not smooth at all. It's very rough and bumpy. It looks like it was done by a little kid. I would not recommend this company to anyone as there are much better places to go to.

Wonderful service and great prices. Ordered a batch of sweaters for a team and had them made quickly and at a much lower price than I had expected. Amazing with proofs and helped me get the exact look I wanted before going to production. One sweater did not pass quality control but they worked with me to get a replacement issued immediately. No complaints whatsoever.

I ordered some promotional t shirts and chose the digital printing option. When they arrived, I was disappointed to see that the printing was more like a heavy plastic transfer than a print directly on the shirt (I have had shirts digitally printed in the past by CafePress and VistaPrint, and they both came out nicely, with the ink directly on the fabric, so that you cannot feel the design and the shirts drape nicely.)
With the heavy plastic design, the shirts did not drape naturally, and the design area wrinkled in an ugly "folded" kind of way.
Also, my design had been given a white outline around all parts, which made it look different than I had intended.
I requested a reprint on a heavier t shirt, hoping that the difference in thickness between the fabric and transfer would be less noticeable, or if that wasn't possible, a refund.
Entripy replied that they did not give refunds on customized clothing, and that a digital print on a heavier shirt would be the same as the ones I had received.
Their suggested solution? That I order a new set of shirts, silk-screened, at "a one-time 15% discount off of that order".
Apparently their way of making amends to an unsatisfied customer is to try to sell them more product.
I let them know that this was unacceptable, and have yet to hear back from them 9 days later.
Seems their new tactic is to ignore me.
I cannot in any way recommend this company to anyone. Next time I will go with VistaPrint. (I've also used VistaPrint for printing business cards, postcards, etc, and when I ran into problems a few times, they simply reprinted my order correctly in a timely fashion at no charge, with no hoops to jump through.)

Had t-shirts made for our club and they turned out fantastic. Very impressed with the service, quality and price point. And no set up charge! The response time to any questions was great and when I asked to have our art work tweaked, they were more then accommodating. And if there was something they weren't sure about, I actually received a phone call. Great follow up. I would definitely recommend using Entripy!

I have ordered with Entripy several times and will continue to do so because of the excellent service, and product. I have nothing but great things to say about entripys service and product. What tops it off is what they do for the community. The #torontostrong t shirts for supporting the Toronto community after the tragedy was amazing. A great company can have excellent service and products. But an outstanding company can have the same and make an impact in the community. This is what puts entripy above the rest. I highly reccomend Entripy for any apparel!

Had to cancel the order.

UPDATE: Only Entripy had the shirt I wanted so tried to use them again.
Product was a lot more expensive than competitors but good quality. Embroidery was well done BUT WRONG COLOUR and one of the three shirts was damaged. Dead center! I opened myself, by hand, from an undamaged package, so it was obviously put in damaged.!! So much for quality control.

I had a decent experience with Entripy . So I first ordered about 20 sweatshirts with a simple embroidery and some customizations. They messed up on 2 of them, therefore they did not ship with the rest of them. So, I contact customer service and they send them over. easy. however they both arrived either in the wrong size or with the wrong customization. Then it takes nearly 1.5 months for one to arrive because they "don't have it in stock", meanwhile, it clearly is in stock on their website. I think i emailied them over 10 times back and fourth to coordinate the correct sweatshirt. But I was eventually refunded, so that was fine. But the only reason why I keep ordering from Entripy is the AMAZING prices. It is SOOOOOO much cheaper than competitors and the quality is so amazing. They have so much selection mainly for apparel and not the mention the live chat is FANTASTIC. They will literally reply to your question within 5 minutes and the fact that its a real person is so much better, whereas a robot can't help you with a specific question. I've asked so many questions and they're literally so helpful. They also have so many sales all the time, which is so amazing, so make sure to subscribe to their email list. Great store minus the one bad experience, but i still highly reccomend.

Entripy is the best custom apparel in the industry, I have been with them for the past few years now, and everything has been seamless when it came to the initial design, digital proof, pricing, and the product itself. Everything about this company is wonderful, in the past I have dealt with many other companies in which cant even come close to be compared with Entripy.

Entripy has the most variety and customizability in terms of their products which made finding products very easy and interacting as the website allows you to add your own logo, text, etc. Everyone at the office is so friendly and kind which made the experience even better.

I have ordered with Entripy countless amount of times and am happy as the first time I've ordered. Even though Entripy has many very large accounts, they have treated my orders with the same amount of superior service. Nothing but the best from this company!

I ordered around 70 hats and went through the process of getting the logo transferred and etc. The images of the final product didn't resemble what I received. The customer service process was very poor in terms of communicating the exact type of hat, the quality of the hat, and the size of the hat. so i basically got 70 hats that totally sucked and that no one would really want to wear. I followed up about it, and had a pretty bad time with that customer service as well.

Would never order from this place again. We ordered team hoodies and they forced us to change the colours and designs several times because they ran out of supplies.

They rarely responded to our emails and we had to hunt them down to get our sweaters done. The season ended before we even got the final product.

Amazing service and quality

I have ordered from Entripy twice. Entripy has exceptional customer service, I always got a reply back almost immediately and if not, maybe in 15-20 minutes max. Entripy met all my demands and the quality of the clothes were beyond my expectations. The embroidery on the 30 something sweaters I ordered was beautiful. These sweaters were also the cheapest of all the options I had looked at. The package took 1 day to arrive after it was shipped which is amazing!
All in all, I would definitely recommend Entripy to anyone who needs to do a bulk order, and I definitely will be ordering again from Entripy for any custom clothing orders!

Ordered a few hundred tote bags. Picked them up and noticed our paid bag sponsor logo was missing. Returned the bags and was assured they would be corrected. Returned on date they told me to come and work was not done. Had to take bags "as-is" since I was enroute to event where they were required. Lost bag sponsor revenue. Entripy offered small credit on next order which was not satisfactory to me - why would I want to place another order after this fiasco? Asked for owner to call me - twice. Heard nothing. It has been months. Would not recommend doing business with this firm. They don't take responsibility for their errors and lack customer service commitment. Give them "sub-zero star" rating.

Messed up my order, and then will harass you with marketing emails that you can not unsubscribe from.

I needed a very simple order. 1 shirt with printing on front and back. When the first shirt showed up it was missing the printing on the back. So they offered to send another shirt which didn't show up until after I needed it.

Since then they have sent me market emails that have no where to unsubscribe in the email, so after being annoyed by 5 or 6 of them I emailed client care which has their email listed on the bottom of these emails. I have emailed them 4 times, not got a reply, and still get the marketing emails that I have asked to stop.

Maybe this will get their attention.

In fact I bet if I looked deep into the anti spamming laws in Canada, the fact that they don't have a way to unsubscribe could get them in trouble.

Horrible job, poor quality NEVER ready when promised. Wasted my time driving hours away twice!! They haven t managed to get the order correct no matter how many back and forths we have done. We gave them exact measurements multiple times and the second batch was missing items and items arrived burned by the press. This has been a waste of 5 plus weeks plus putting our business very far behind. Unreliable and poor quality. I wanted to invest in local but this isn t the right place to get it done correctly.

We ordered 32 M&O Adult Baseball T-Shirts from entripy for our company softball team. Their website was super easy to use and when I had a question their online chat was quick, prompt and very helpful. We needed to make a revision in terms of the size of the logo and their team was super quick to do it! The shirts arrived a day later than expected but this did not affect us at all as we did not need them until later on in the week. From what colleagues have said - they sleeves on the shirt are a little tight. Overall, the logo printed on our shirts is of fantastic quality and the prices were great as well. We will definitely order from entripy again!

"I was given a "volunteer" job to do which I thought may end up with 25 shirts being ordered. It ended up to be 200 t-shirts and hoodies.
I looked on websites to find a supplier to do this order and chose Entripy. Firstly because it was a Canadian Company, and was in Oakville, Ontario.

When the product was received it exceeded my expectations. There has been so much great feedback on the quality of the product and the placement and boldness of our logo.
I would definitely recommend Entripy to anyone who is looking for good service and quality product."

I had a not so pleasant experience with this company, however, they did make the effort to fix it for me. I ordered rush service for team shirts. They came in and a few were misprinted (no numbers at the back when I paid for them)/1 never showed up. They informed me of the 1 that never showed a few hours AFTER the package was delivered! Then this happened again with the new shirts twice. 3 weeks later and I finally had all my shirts I ordered. The customer service department is very quick at responding and in the end, I received all my shirts and a partial refund for all of this inconvenience. If you re in no rush for your products, I d recommend this company. The prices are affordable, the site is easily accessible, and the quality is good.

Upon first ordering our softball team jerseys they seemed very helpful, it wasn t until our order wasn t 100% and when I had asked for more that their customer service was an utter disappointment. Apparently it s not their problem . We received a duplicate # on one of our jerseys and when asked if it could be replaced I was told I had to place an additional order with a minimum 6 jerseys ordered. The company wouldn t even provide the jersey that their production line didn t produce. As if it s my fault? Wouldn t recommend any company who doesn t stand behind their products. 2 big thumbs down

I had heard of Entripy, here and there but I never knew much about their services and what they had to offer. Recently, I needed a batch of t-shirts designed for a girls getaway but the company I had initially contacted was unable to meet my needs and my deadline. It was such a let down.

I reached out to Entripy and the whole experience was absolutely exceptional. Even with short notice and a deadline to meet, Entripy exceeded my expectations by completing my order within 48 hours just in time for my trip!. The the packaging was very neat and the quality was on par. It is evident that the needs of their customers are their top priority

Their(Summer's) response" In this proof you can see that ... it does show a rather blurry image. This is due to the original artwork you provided to us being already low resolution to begin with."

They follow up on your order to make sure you are happy, and the more you order the more you save.
The quality of the merchandise is fantastic and we are always very pleased with the results.
On line designing is super easy and their web site is simple to navigate.

What a horrible customer experience.....ordered 300 custom tee shirts for a promotion at our office. Spent money on advertising and giveaways and when our tee shirts arrived the logos were all way off centre. When they looked into it they said it was a problem with their printer alignment (great quality control). They offered me 10% off which I found as a joke as I was out all my planning, advertising and the entire promotion was a write off. I asked them to at least reimburse me 30% and re send them as that was equivalent to my loss. They refused and have definitely lost a longterm customer. Horrible experience, save your money and find someone else.

I ordered t-shirts and tank tops for our first annual fundraising event: the Vincovis 158 Challenge. We wanted to keep costs low so that more proceeds could go to the cause, so I initially chose Entripy because of their great rates. Every aspect of the process exceeded my expectations. I placed the order less than two weeks before the event, and my bright yellow box arrived a day earlier than expected. I have already recommended them to colleagues and will definitely be ordering through Entripy again.

Entripy is easy to work with and provides us with great designs and graphic to print on our company uniforms. The shirts are of high quality and tear resistant. Our staff love how comfortable the ultra cotton shirts are and we can't thank Tina enough for setting us up with the essentials!

Would never use this company again. We used them once for shirts with limited success. Tried them a second time and found them to be the most disorganized company ever. We wanted a redesign for our new shirts which they said they could help with which wasn t true. They kept sending us old proofs which we didn t like and they kept coming back saying they look good and we should go with them. Honestly would go with any other company. AVOID

Website is easy to use, however, it is very unreliable service. My order was guaranteed by a date, but was still pending two days after. The customer service was terrible. My questions were not answered and the reps seemed very uninterested to help me. Our company will not use their services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking.
