Booked ADR, 8am start logged in before successfully, audio video check done on app, then to be kicked out at 8am whilst on the course. the tutor said he tried to speak with me, if theres an issue with audio, its best not to try that channel of communication and just send a message on the screen? common sense. lost days pay and been told to pay again to rebook. SCAM!! probably overbooked the course. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, spoke to CONAN on customer care, absolutely hopeless, wouldnt give me his managers name to complain. AVOID
