I lived my childhood in this wonderful place! Then I rediscovered it in recent years! Bormio town of reference is a pearl; offers everything and more: from outdoor activities, to spa & wellness, to great Valtellina cuisine as well as to an extraordinary hospitality of its citizens! Strongly recommended!

I state that I am a motorcyclist and not a skier or a mountain walker. First, avoid the Stelvio di Ferragosto (as seen in photos, from points in Riccione, for the crowd) Second, on the Alto Adige side are the 48 most boring hairpin bends I have ever traveled, hairpin in second, put the third, pull in pairs, deadlifts and so on. But it's high, the road is long, it's wild especially from the South Tyrolean side, and at the top you can eat the best sausage sandwiches in the world. So yes, I like it a lot!

It was a wonderful holiday in an extraordinary place with unique landscapes in the world, we took the cable car from the Stelvio pass to go on the glaciers we were amazed by the views. I climbed a bike during the Stelvio Bike Day, an event that takes place every year and it was a unique emotion to conquer the 48 hairpin bends from Prato Allo Stalvio

A very nice natural park suitable for long hikes or climbing enthusiasts. Always with a view of the Ortler. Lots of forest and a variety of alpine wildlife. Sulden and Stilfserjochstrasse are certainly the highlights of this area. Reinhold Messner grazed his highland cattle here in summer.

This was the second time Stilfser Joch. First-class curves and a mountain panorama at its finest. Unfortunately, the pass was totally overcrowded and is driven by far too large motorhomes.
At the top you can find only a dirty and run down gastronomy, at the closer sight of the food and a coffee I have taken distance ...... pity ....... I do not have to give me again

Beautiful park, especially in the surroundings of Pezzo and Case di fronte.
Well-marked paths in good condition, the views are very suggestive, the educational park for animals damaged in the road between piece and face houses is fascinating.
