On 31.9.2019 the Stelvio Pass was closed for cars and motorcycles wonderful ride on the bike over 11,000 cyclists were on the way on the Stelvio Pass.

At the foot of the Stelvio Pass, between the old Bagni di Bormio, the ibexes come to look for food! Indescribable show.

This was an epic experience driving through there. The views are just amazing. You get the typical alps with snow coming from the Swiss side and then the descent via the Italian side is all green! Going up there are about over 70 turns which are clearly signposted..you get a sense of achievement / relief when you get to the top and see the sign saying 1 more turning. Loads of cyclists too. P.s if you don't like heights like me.. you might feel a little ill and your ears might pop too...

In this place you are immersed in nature, 4000m mountains, glaciers, woods, streams, cable cars, trekking in the mountains and then you eat well and stay cool !! Great vacation.

Passo dello Stelvio, a unique place that remains in your heart, if you like the mountains, and skiing is a must! Skiing in summer is an experience to try. The road both in the car and in motion is pure pleasure.

An ideal place for winter and summer sports. Walks, cycling in winter and summer. . I would recommend.

I was the first and certainly not the last time here. Great nature, well-developed opportunities for everything that makes the heart beat faster, hiking, cycling, motorcycling, climbing, delicious local cheese and wine, best relaxation in mountain-fed spas (eg Bormio), but you should be prepared for fast changing weather conditions and the Italian peace in the repair of roads.

It is so beautiful there that I will definitely come back.

Not to mention the fact that every motorcyclist must be there (you have to have the notion of riding a moto, anyway, to ride there), but great views of the beautiful place, you just have to see it. Respect for cyclists, and their mass, leaving it there.
