Don't ever join this Organization, First of all they make you work & the Salary is never on time, I had a very bad experience with this Company so I am sharing this with you

Since I'm here from 2year.this organisation is good.and every thing is perfect.for me.

If you are going in this company i request you to read this review carefully.
I first gave it 3 stars but now i want to give it not even 1 star because the first two months the salary was on time as the third month appeared it's 3 days since the salary period committed by HR but still haven't got it.
If you want to experience the company with the worst management you must surely work here and there is a manager who has so much attitude that since he joined a process the half of the people working over there gave resignation.He thinks that if he is handling 3-4 processes at a time he is a boss of me.
But i would like to tell all the HR's or recruitment staff that "If you want run a company,if you want people to come and work in your company you need to treat your staff not as a servant but as a friend so he/she will also work happily".
If some of you want to experience the cutting down of salary for what not even the manager knows please work over here and get the experience and one more thing if you are working over there atleast tell them to repair AC's orelse you will die in the heat inside office.
Even if somebody is thinking to work go and work in hell then think that my review was truth.

Zero management, no professionalism, salary not on time, no salary increment

Good place for novice to start from & one is never fired from here for poor performance, instead they groom & train you.

This is a call center service of inbound, nice place, teen guys are also working here to long term better career

The worst company ever to deal with .Very untrusted and manner less management. Do not recommend any vendor or supplier dealing with this company .You are sure not to receive your payment.

Pathetic management the management doesn't know how to treat there agents please i suggest you stay at home instead working in this company and salary is main issue in this organization!!!

Nice working place, I have join enser in 2010 Sence I worked so many process and I learned lot of thing like share market, insurance, service. We got knowledge in excel seriously it's a very excellent place I really thanks to our owner Rajnish Sir and Hari Sir who give change me to work with Team.

Not so great place to work. Salary we receive is between 15 to 20 of every month. No professionalism. But good place for freshers as they have vast category option.
