If you are going in this company i request you to read this review carefully.
I first gave it 3 stars but now i want to give it not even 1 star because the first two months the salary was on time as the third month appeared it's 3 days since the salary period committed by HR but still haven't got it.
If you want to experience the company with the worst management you must surely work here and there is a manager who has so much attitude that since he joined a process the half of the people working over there gave resignation.He thinks that if he is handling 3-4 processes at a time he is a boss of me.
But i would like to tell all the HR's or recruitment staff that "If you want run a company,if you want people to come and work in your company you need to treat your staff not as a servant but as a friend so he/she will also work happily".
If some of you want to experience the cutting down of salary for what not even the manager knows please work over here and get the experience and one more thing if you are working over there atleast tell them to repair AC's orelse you will die in the heat inside office.
Even if somebody is thinking to work go and work in hell then think that my review was truth.
