Not a single star gets Ennnatural from me. You do not believe it but from September 2017 we are already making changes regarding payments to them. Payments have been made via a different account number and we are still sent reminders. Now with a letter when you would have problems. Ennatuurlijk has problems, inadequate staff who cannot arrange or think anything. No, of course I get a big zero from me.
I do not recommend anyone to sign up with natural.
Lousy customer service, long waiting times, cheeky, call back agreements are not kept.
And of course a real flop never signed for them, by automatic customer takeover :(
Lots of failures and the service is poor. If you move into a house or apartment with natural district heating, you cannot switch suppliers. It is very frustrating to sit with cold water and without heating on a regular basis and to be handed over to this crappy party.
Disappointment this company! Too bad we are tied to you, I would advise other municipalities against doing business with this, if you want cold water in your neighborhood ....
What a scammer, telephone contact is almost impossible, you hardly get an answer by mail and extortionate prices that make no sense, and a lot of ghost invoices.
