Their lobby is nice and warm. They dont mind you waiting for your bus here.

Typical Downtown Office Tower. Lobby is spacious and well maintained. Scotiabank office is located in this building. Starbucks at the lobby. Easily accessible and 2 mins walk from King Subway Station. 5 mins to famous Eaton Center mall at Yonge-Queen intersection. Best place for a professional photographer to take tall building photos. This building is even connected to PATH system.

Typical office building in downtown core. Lobby has a Starbucks and a bar located in it as well as being linked to the PATH system. They seem to have no problem with people wanting for TTC in lobby during inclement weather. Lower concourse has an Indian restaurant, newsstand and entrance to Staples.
Back courtyard is pleasantly designed with much art but they never ask smokers to move away the doors so you are guaranteed to walk through smoke. For that reason I dropped a star.
