Engs Commerical Finance Reviews

Well I was thinking about doing business with this company, however after reading all the negative reviews I think I'll look elsewhere.
Hopefully you guys will clean up your act...

Their customer service is really HORRIBLE especially the guy Matthew Jones!!!! Stay away from them! Don t do any businesses with them!

They told me my credit had slow pays on it I have a excellent credit score I have always paid my bills on time this is a bogus company. I should have read previous reviews about them and stay away stay away stay away stay away. I have learned from reading reviews that companies are not always what they seem.

If I can give a negative review I would most definitely do it, there is simply not enough words to describe these people.
Do not do business here!!!
They didn't deserve this 1 star even!

Was going to purchase a truck through them when I arrived to inspect truck the brakes were no good, the clutch line was rusted through and the a/c didn t work they towed the truck to a shop and after a month of not hearing from this company or the shop I had to get another job. Tonight I received a letter that they are intending to sue me for a truck I was never able to drive. Run away

M&T Trucking Of The Carolina's has had excellent service from Engs Commercial Finances.There Customer services reps were always polite and willing to help any way they could to make this a pleasant experience for us.We would definitely use them again.Yes we would recommend their services to others.They are number one in our book.

I paid off my truck since January 6th and it was the last payment and until today I didn't get my title and I don't recommend this financing company not even with 0 % and by the way my contract number is 70061 Edward Kasrani

this company does nothing but spam people.
I keep getting emails from them despite numerous requests to stop contact. I have no need or interest in their services. nor did i sign up for their e-mails in the first place.

Legally in Canada they are required to have an unsubscribe option in their email marketing and they do not. Don't contact this company unless you want to be spammed.

Don t make your finance with this company... very bad company to finance your vehicle

and they will eat you alive on interes and if you do please read section 9
of you contract there is no earlier termination if you do day will charge you the interest for it and there is NOT send money thor the principal to be able to pay less interest. you know what don't do it

Buyer Beware, 20% downpayments made to these accounts are not part of the loan. They will ignore the downpayment and still charge you 100%. You will literally pay 20% downpayment of a 120% loan. Basically Your downpayment does not count towards your principal payments.

Beware beware not a good company

Please do not go with this company. They do not work with you at all. We got into a accident and our truck is gonna be totaled and they want 450 because there insurance is taking there sweet time to get anything done and now they are going to hurt our credit even though the truck will be totaled. Please there are better company s out there that will work with you.

This place is BAD BUSINESS! I am a returning customer who has bought a semi truck and 3 fuel trailers from this place. Truck and 1 fuel trailer are paid off and have never been late on the 2 remaining fuel trailers or any loan payment for that matter. I just tried to purchase another truck from them and was verbally told that I qualify for $0 down, now today they want $16,000 down. This place is sketchy , greedy, and do not keep their word. Proceed with caution!!!

do not use this company the have wary pure customer service and there entrees is all so to high all so when you request pay off later it is take fore aware to get so not recommend..

Customer service is not their priority, just fees.

Working as an executive at a company, it really confounds me how businesses like ENGS can be so short-sighted. The amount of fees that they will generate from a few customers whom they treat poorly is certainly eclipsed by the amount of revenue they WONT receive from repeat customers, referrals, and early payoffs.

Dont do any business with them, I had a situation where they wouldn't release my title after me paying off the equipment.

Don't even think about using them to finance your equipment. They don't care if you have hard times or not. They won't even give you a payoff letter to take to another finance company. They would rather repo than see you pay it off early. Also they want to charge you $450 for a deferment.

Zero stars!! Greedy crooked company. Walk away, they want you to pay the truck off in 2 years with a balloon pymnt. When you have truck issues, even when it's new and it stays in the repair shop, they won't help with deferment, etc, they still want that paper.. Whatever you do don't get involved in the maintenance account program, you'll never get that money back!! Beware, avoid them at all cost, there's way better companies to approve you.. Worst decision ever!!

they block your online payment access in order to tell you that are late and charge you late fees.

I will recommend all Owner Ops or Carriers not to get finance from this Company. Unprofessional customer service. They keep send you Insurance Admin Fee. We are not sure how many times they need Insurance copy in a single year. None of other Finance companies have this type of Fee.

I bought my first equipment and with poor information I did the biggest mistake of my life , brother and sister please please never ever do business with this company, you re working hard to make money but these people are sitting there to rip you off, be aware of them and run , after working and very unhappy business with ENGS I bought few more equipment and financed with other banks , but as I said doing business with this people are the biggest mistake in my life , dishonest, theft and very untrustworthy company
