They build it and don't hire the skilled labor to build a building than you have to legally fight with them to fix the mistakes. Find a different GC is my recommendation.

Stressful company to work around at job sites! They seem to be a month or so behind in the calendar and the supervisor there walks around like his mad at the world worst company to work with!

ESI is a terrific company to work for in a really care about their employees safety in the well-being of their families this company truly backs up what they say for their concern and care of their entire company and employees

Absolutely no respect for their contractors. Had a head ESI forman with his assistant BLATANTLY disrespect me because I look mexican and didn't understand im college educated and speak 2 languages. Think twice about working with ESI **update** site manager apologized to me which is much appreciated but still nothing from the actual forman

I will never use this company. Their employees are unsafe drivers after a guy driving the company truck almost ran me into oncoming traffic after he failed to merge appropriately. There was no one behind me but yet he raced up and cut me off. If this is how their employees act around possible customers I do not want to pay them for their irresponsibility.
