Horrible company with absolutely no customer service. Rob doesn't bother to call anyone back or do what he says he is going to do. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

I've never dealt with a more frustrating company. Their website showed the product we thought would work in our manufacturing process and discussed it with the Salesman (Rob) he said 2-3 weeks. I told him I was specifically interested in this material since it was milled on 4 sides and would save us considerable time. When the material was received it was not the product that was ordered. When we reported the mistake they replied that they didn't have any of the material we ordered. They substituted a different product (milled only on 2 sides) at the same pricing without notice and then asked what we wanted to do about it. Now that the product has been picked up they said my credit card would be refunded on that day and it wasn't. This is one of the problems of purchasing with a credit card from a company such as this, no integrity here. Steer Clear! This is very expensive material and the company is not credible. I'm now disputing the card purchase to try to get my refund.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff and quick availability of product got my project off to a good start.
