3 separate issues with 3 year old unit. They don’t want to uphold their warranty. Company with no integrity or care for their customers. Avoid them at all costs

As you have seen from 1/2 of the reviews, Enertech has some major warranty issues. They sell some of their units to outside contractors. They do this to get around a warranty for the homeowner. The homeowner does not get a standard warranty on these sub-par units. I found out about this when my contractor would not reply to my calls after it shortly broke down shortly after installation. When I called MES (on recommendation from Enertech), they said they would come to my home to service the unit under warranty. When they arrived, they said that it would not be under warranty because I did not buy it from them. And, I have no warranty from Enertech because they did not sell it to me. They sold it to a contractor. There loophole get out of warranty on their units. And, yes, it breaks down a lot.

Best customer service, staff and product in the industry!

So frustrated with this company. We purchased a Geo Thermal unit for our home through one of their dealers. The 5 year warranty on part of the system was up in January, but prior to the expiration, we had an issue with part of the system. We turned it in to the dealer that the unit was purchased from and was told it was under warranty and would be taken care of. Now, that dealer has disappeared, he never turned in the claim and this company will not do anything about it since it wasn't turned in to them. As far as we knew it was and everything was going to be taken care of. Why after only 5 years is it breaking to begin with?? They don't stand behind their product or they would be willing to help us.

The contractors representing this product in northeast PA are un professional and not reliable. I hope this is not how it is everywhere with their products. They claim they cannot do anything as they sell to distributers. I don't see how that helps me get the product installed and functioning correctly.

I would not recommend this to anyone.

I think Mr. Hewes' review of Enertech Global is unfair. From our own experience in northeastern Pennsylvania, the true issue is with the distributor, not Enertech Global. In fact, the CEO, national residential sales manager, and regional residential sales manager of Enertech Global all took direct, personal interest in our situation. If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is! We love our GeoComfort system and would recommend it to all of our family and friends without hesitation.
