Terrible experiences with EnergyZero's 'Mijndomein...

Terrible experiences with EnergyZero's 'Mijndomein Energie' (a so-called white label of EnergyZero). Application was very chaotic and therefore a lot of delay. As a result, my switch took months longer, with the result that I had to incur additional costs with my old energy supplies. Have to email several times (they are not available by phone, because they do not do that). To top it off, I get pretty blunt emails back from Mijndomein Energie. No, this company is really not recommended, I am deeply disappointed.

Below it is said that I will be contacted. Unfortunately, nothing has been heard so far.

Update: Still haven't heard from Mijndomein while I contacted several times about the status of my complaint. In hu automatic reply it says that there will be a substantive response to complaints within two weeks, so that is not true, I have not experienced it myself!

We have been with EnergyZero since May. Until now I am still very happy. The website is clear and well-arranged. I can see what the savings are per day. I switched to EnergyZero because it really saved a lot of money on my monthly amount with my previous energy provider. You can even see approximately what you can expect in return on the annual statement and so far this has been a good saving. No experience yet with paying back the annual statement, but I assume that this will probably go well.

Not only does EnergyZero have super competitive rates, they are also clear in communication. I have been using the services of EnergyZero for about 1.5 years now and I am very satisfied. The communication in the app & emails is clear and clear. I can monitor my daily usage and immediately see the expected annual savings. In addition, I also got my surplus refunded within 2 working days. Super!
