We had such a positive experience purchasing our 2017 Nissan Rogue from Patrik. He was extremely helpful when I had to make sure that it could accommodate our rear facing car seat and my height (fyi for tall people with kids, this car is SO spacious). This helps to reduce the conversion with the service agent at counter, though I did talk to her about my decision (she had the results to review with me). Great use of tech.
