They are scammers! She called me in the name of Eneco. Later it came out that it was from Engie. Pokewijf, almost kicked in!

people don't trust engie! my friend has received an annual statement of 23 thousand. explanation requested? forwarded to debt collection agency without explanation has now become 33 thousand! after so many months they have sent us the consumption via liander. it is a small shawarma case of which 700 has already been paid each month. and now they claim that he has to pay an additional 23 thousand. first they say yes the meter can be kappot?! then without checking the meter cupboard they say that everything is right! how?!

edit: court case lost, he has to pay 38 thousand euros, hopefully they agree with a payment arrangement otherwise I don't know anymore.

what a terrible company. try to make contact in various ways, but they refuse to give it their email address. You can only communicate via a virtual assistant or by telephone. Very unkind treatment.

Unreachable customer service ... and then refuse to put the energy contract in the name of my wife i.v.m. solar panels. They do have the option to do this, but at the current energy rates, so pay more ... Laughing company that does not think in terms of solutions, but thinks about the backs of its citizens.

Customer service is not responding. Hiring telephone sales companies that do not comply with Dutch law (right to object, do not call me register) and then they do not give home so that you are bound by their contracts.

First of all, customer service is just animals, they don't know customer-friendliness, they accuse me and hang telephone on face while I try to understand.

The first months they are very good and helpful but then they start with their nonsense.
Normally I will never just put a bad review but Engie is really the worst energy supplier.

Look at the recent reviews, all bad. Does say something and my experience is not so good. Never an Engie for me! The question is how long this (small) company has been around. It is on the black list of energy companies that are not financially in order.

At first asked what it was about and then a lie was immediately told. I immediately stated that she did not want to switch and she did not call . Almost a contract in my name, until I went through the mail while calling. Cut off right away. Very dirty game! Even if they are cheaper, never switch to this organization!
